Super helpful and personable staff with great products that aren’t too expensive. Most vape stores I’ve been to have ridiculous markups, but Vape Shack is very reasonable. Their juices are great but definitely require steeping.

I will not return to vape shack. Extremely rude customer service. Inconsistent blends. I asked for 70vg/​30pg and got the opposite. The staff appear to cater to their friends and their own vape needs over customers who are standing around waiting. I’ve been vaping a long time and have been to many vape shops all over, texas, Oklahoma, Utah, Nevada, North Dakota, and California. These guys are one of the worst I’ve been to.
Do yourselves a favor and go to hard candy in Odessa. They actually know how to mix liquid. customer service is great. And prices are good.
I hope to see vape shack out of business in the near future

I’ve been coming to this shop for nearly a year and have always gotten great customer service. Flavors are spread throughout the shop for customers to sample, prices are reasonable, and the owners and employees are friendly.
