Went in this store a few days ago, and the girl(April) ‘greeting’ customers at the door was doing anything but that. I don’t think I have ever experienced such a negative attitude paired up with a smile, right upon walking in the door-quite a combo! I think if you are going to be working in customer service, at least attempt to be a positive face for the company. Thankfully another employee, David, stepped in and was able to make up for her sheer unpleasantness. He was soft spoken, polite, and very helpful. Thank you to him, and he should be commended for being an asset to Verizon. If I am correct, Verizon employees get a commission, so if you shop here, you should ask for him! I don’t know how she still has a job. I will be doing business elsewhere, and advising my friends and employer to do the same!
