I absolutely love this place! One of the best burgers in town. We always buy our meat from here too. Great cuts.

As I was deciding whether or not to go on a full carb load with this burger, the guy ringing us up said…“I can have them make it bun-​less.” Yay! :)
My bun-​less burger was great! Very juicy, flavorful and filling.
Interesting décor. Local signatures and graffiti lines the walls and ceiling. You’re sitting at picnic tables in a meat market, with the coolers at your back. Very busy during lunch hour. Not much parking.

Seriously, how are these the best burgers in town? Granted, I have yet to find a good burger in Midessa, but this place certainly doesn’t have it.
My fiancée said her burger was seasoned well, but since she requested no bun, they didn’t douse it in a vat of mustard like they did mine. I could not taste anything except mustard on mine.
Apparently when ordering a particular temperature, it is merely a suggestion. My medium-​rare and her medium were both well done, without even a hint of pink.
The bun was toasted alright, but it was flatter than a pancake. Honestly if they stuck it between two slices of Wonder bread it would have been thicker.
Finally, the bacon was chewy.
Overall, I was highly disappointed and will certainly not be back.

Get the Double.

Sorry if I offend any of the 5 Star writers regarding this joint but it is simply good and NOT 5 star great. Whitehouse MM is exactly like the famous Kincaids in Fort Worth albeit minus the meat for sale in the cooler.
The burgers were made with lean lean meat which lends it to be dry. Thats ok but if your out at a burger joint then fat is what is required for a juicy delicious experience… you can make lean-​burgers at home for Gods sakes!
There are lots of great burger joints in TX and Whitehouse MM could be one of them if they just fatten up their burger.

This is basically a butcher place that also serves burgers and what not.
Nothing fancy here, everyone signs the walls, and the ceiling, but the burger was thick and delicious, very fresh. The fries were very good as well.
My daughter is in love with the Red Rhine cheese, she says it’s the best cheese she’s ever eaten. I’m not a big fan of cheese so you’ll have to take her word for it. :)
The steaks from the butcher that we’ve tried have all come out excellent as well.

The burgers are so fine. Odessa definitely wants for good restaurants but the White House is a diamond in the rough. A hole in the wall in the best possible way. The communal dining tables are a plus because people in West Texas are damned friendly. I make a point of going back every time I’m in town.

Hands down, best burgers in town. The staff is always super awesome, the meat selections are fairly priced and quality product. There is nothing bad to be said about this place at all.
The environment is cool too, people sign the walls and even the ceiling, so it has a divey/​down homey type feel to it, dive doesn’t really apply but down home definitely does.
I stopped eating beef recently and this review is making me want to cheat and go get a burger and onion rings. Yum.

Really great staff. The prices are decent and the meat is really fresh. My father used to get a gift card every year from his employer for $ 150 bucks worth of meat from this place. He gave it to me 2 years in a row. How lucky was I? The meat lasted a long time and I never had a bad piece.
