The UPS Store

One of the young reps at the counter here (don’t want to mention names) who works in the evening hours, has no clue what he is doing. For most of the services he ends up calling his manager on phone and still struggles. Thanks to him, I was unable to send an international parcel as he didn’t know how to process it, and later I went to the US Postal Office and got it couriered at half the price.

They charge a little bit more than the post office, and the main UPS hub, but it is way more convenient to stop here and be greeted by a smiling face rather than the stereotypical personalities that exist elsewhere… i guess it wouldn’t be a stereotype if it’s true…
The ups store is quick, friendly, and remembers their regular clients well. They provide p.o. boxes (but the catch is that they are not p.o. boxes, you get a physical address and they are called suites). In other words, you can have ups, fedex, usps, and whatever other carrier there is deliver packages for you, with somebody there to sign it for you! Unlike actual p.o. boxes. They have state of the art packaging materials, and boxes to safely ship any valuable you have… like a laptop box… also of course they weigh and create shipping labels to ship it there as well. It is a perfect place to drop off a package, send mail, certified mail, notary publics, faxes, printing for both HD color and classic b&w. Bring in your flash drive obtain docs, and pics from their systems… They got you… the UPS Store got yo back. I’m a fan.
