Came by here twice about two weeks apart in February 2015. The selection of was really lacking. The salt lake store has a huge consignment selection, intermixed with new items. There were barely any consignment items here, and the new items are very expensive.(75 – 150 for tops, 150+ for ski boots, 125+ for ski jackets and 75+ for ski pants) It didn’t look like much inventory had moved between my visits. I noticed a lot of the same items still on the racks. The saving grace of this store is the staff. Everyone I interacted with was really friendly and helpful.

I was assisted by Dylan in the selection and purchase of a new bicycle. He was friendly and knowledgable. I purchased a reasonably priced bike after a test run around the parking lot. I didn’t feel pressured into the sale and was made to feel comfortable while browsing the store. I would recommend 2nd Tracks Sports to all my friends.

Still lacks in what I’ve expected but employee education seems to have improved. Employees are more friendly as well.

Places is a joke called the day before to check pricing on rentals, he told me prices and I asked can I reserve a spot I guess that it’s on a first come first serve basis, which is perfectly fine. Asked him what time time they open he said 8am on Sundays! Perfect I get there at 7:55am but I guess when he said they open at 8am he meant 8ish cause me and my girlfriend waited tell 8:15 and still no one came to open up the store so we left and rented from the resort. Horrible experience I will not go back and will not recommend it to anyone.
