Billy Bob’s

We stopped by Billy Bobs a couple of times this past summer (2014). Everyone was so friendly. The food was great. Good enough that we came back on our way home to Indianapolis. We will be back anytime we venture west on I74 from Indy. The Regulators

Use to be decent for a small time bar. But it has increasing declined. We were there last night and 1 time last month. Both times we have swore we wouldn’t be back. Food was cold. Portion sizes are small. Prices are high. Soup and salad bar $ 8.99. Lettuce is shredded bag lettuce and soup was cold. 1 other table besides us and we waited over 40 minutes for food. Appetizer greasy. Friday night «fish» special had 1 small piece of fish for $ 20. You can go down the street to Rich’s for the all you can eat walleye for $ 12. Server asked if everything was ok. When we told her it was cold she asked what she could «heat up». Nothing off our bill. Nothing comped. And little did we see of her after that. She didn’t even tell anyone. I don’t know how much longer they will be open. Sad you have to talk to your customers. Feedback is the backbone to a business.

Nice friendly staff, but the place reeks of smoke! OK food, small TVs, ample seating. No beer on tap, just cans and bottles. Nice small town bar, but the smell drove us away. It’d be nicer if they start enforcing the no smoking law.
