Expo Nails

I mean, the place seems kinda clean, but all 4 of us really did not feel like they exfoliated or gave a decent massage at all. I don’t live here, but I know the family we are with that lives here won’t be back!

What was I doing in a nail salon you ask?
Well I was talked into coming here with a friend and my daughter. They wanted pedicures. Well I have the dreaded Dry Cracked Summer Heels so I decided I would try it out.
I am very glad I did.
I walked in the door, and they asked if they could help us, we told them we had appointments for our pedicures. Of course, they aren’t at the front desk, they are helping other customers and they yell everything out. So they told me to pick a color… well I don’t want my nails painted! My daughter kept telling me she was going to pick me out a pretty color. Thankfully the stare of death kept her from getting me one.
They had us sit in these wonderful leather massage chairs and stuck our feet in the hot water with some lavender bath salts (not the kind that turn you into a zombie), nice chairs, they even recline and move forward and backwards by the push of a button on the remote control. Now I had nice hot water, my daughter had cold water as it was her first and didn’t know it was supposed to be warm/​hot. Karma got her for trying to tell me I needed pretty nails on my feet.
The soak was nice and they proceeded to trim my nails and file my feet. Once she got to my heels, I thinks she gasped and probably cursed me out in a different language. Out came the callus tool, a razor blade. She scraped and scraped and scraped, every stroke was a different word in a different language I couldn’t understand.
Once she was finally finished slicing off my heels, she scrubbed my feet with a file some more. Afterwards she dried off my feet and proceeded to rub some lotion into my feet and my lower leg.
I could have stayed there for hours!
I enjoyed it and my heels turned out amazing. They were all super nice and did a really good job.
I will return again, maybe next time I will take my SO, however she would probably pick out a color for me. The death stare doesn’t work with her.
