Hardback Cafe

I’ve been a barista for years and understand that it can be hard to keep up with customer demands, especially when there is only one or 2 baristas during happy hour but you have to be nice. I got a green tea latte, which was delicious by the way, and asked the barista a question. She was very standoffish about it and I could tell she was frazzled so I just let it go. I wasn’t the only customer she lashed out on ether. But other than that it’s clean and very cozy. Customer service skills and some speed could help but I know what it’s like, so not a huge deal.

Slower service than most coffee shops but usually good drinks. My favorite place to get a chai latte, but the iced coffee is usually old tasting. The drive thru option is really convenient!
