Ulta

Very unhappy with the customer service at this location. I have visited many different Ultas in many different states and have never had a problem. I always have a very hard time with customer service at this particular location. No one ever says hello or asks me if I need help finding anything. This has happened a few times now. I usually have to seek someone out at the front counter like I did today. I hate when I feel as though I am putting an employee out, it makes for a negative shopping experience. I should have gone elsewhere to spend my money. Customer service is very important to me, I have gone back several times thinking the experience will be different. At this point I will not be going back to this store.

They are very friendly and helpful with a wide variety of beauty products. Their cashiers are very nice.

you’re looking for high-​end cosmetics this store is nice. It is a bit pricey but so are most high-​end cosmetics. the selection is nice, convenient location, reasonable prices for the products offered. They have good sales and their brand product is usually pretty well priced as well.

My update is to acknowledge that the manager (Amy) of this particular store called my sister (and she tried to call me as well) and profusely apologized to her for what had transpired. She offered to give my sister and her two girls a day of beauty at the salon. That was really very admirable and much appreciated by my sister. Kudos to the manager for making the effort to make amends for her employee’s no-​show move on the wedding day morning. Who, by the way, tried to tell her manager that she’d been there waiting for us. Please! We were the only car in the entire lot! Again, shame on you, Gina! But compliments to the manager! that’s why I raised my rating from 1 star to 3.

Because we live in Utah and not Cali we don’t have a ton of options as far as places to buy high end cosmetics. If I ask my teenage daughter where she wants to go on any givin Saturday her pick is always Ulta. They offer and great selection of make up from Cover Girl to Urban Decay. Make sure to sign up to get their great coupons, it will save you a lot of money.

I have been in to this Ulta Beauty a few times now. This place is loaded with great make up and hair products including store brands like L’Oreal, Cover Girl, etc, and then a large selection of more expensive name brands like Smash Box and Lorac. I am always looking to try something new and better then what I already use. The first few times I went in, I COULD NOT get anyone to help me. The customer service was TERRIBLE. However, I went in last week and received wonderful customer service. So, this is a great place to find all of your make up and hair needs, however the customer service is definitely unreliable.
