One of my favorite breakfast spots! They can be very busy– but personally, I have not had to wait longer than expected. My favorite thing to get is the 3 meat combo breakfast. It is amazing! Their scones are to die for! Everyone should give this a try! I also have had dinner here and absolutely loved their teriyaki chicken. *this is a hang out for locals so expect that!

Me and my family have eaten here so many times these passed 2 years. They have good quality food(ESPECIALLY the scones!) for the price. I mean, it’s no 5 star restaurant or anything so I wouldn’t expect a 5 star meal but it’s well made, it does take time to cook but that’s because they cook it right then and they’re rather they having it pre made and heated up. It reminds me of a friendly trucker diner. They staff is super friendly. Our family of 6 usually always eats under the cost of 45 bucks here. I will continue to eat here. :)

Food is very similar to Star Café in Clearfield. If you like their food, you’ll like Uncle Lee. Scone is by far my favorite here. Their burgers are surprisingly fantastic for the price. Their breakfast is average, with the exception of their sausage links. If you like links, you have to try theirs… its huge. If you’re hungry and don’t want to spend much, this is the place.

My grandma and I come here every 1 – 2 months for breakfast and it’s always great! The staff is so nice and hospitable! I always feel welcome and they even remember my grandmother’s order every time! The food comes in good quantity for the price and quality is great! Always very clean also! We also sit for a long time and just talk afterwards and they don’t keep coming and bothering us to try to get us to leave, like some places will do.

Absolutely excellent. Very inexpensive, high quality breakfast food(including meats), down to earth atmosphere and no wait time! Very comparable to the breakfast place down the road, but better atmosphere and no wait time! We WILL be back!

I was at the hotel next door so I ate here several times. It is simple standard fair, good but not great. Reasonable for the price and the staff is very friendly.

We came here because we just driving by, it smells kind of funky in this restaurant. :(The food is a mix of American diner and a little bit of mediocre Chinese food, it’s a little strange. Food is ok nothing special, and would not recommend this place if you don’t have to. I got the ham and grilled cheese and the ham was kind if cold in the middle. Have to say service was friendly but not very fast.

Place was clean, service was good, and food was decent. General American food menu. No complaints.

Stopped here after checking in next door at Sleep Inn after having drove for 6 hrs driving from Las Vegas. We ordered the(1) Chicken Fingers and fries,(2) broccoli chicken with ham fried rice and(3) chopped sirloin with fries, mixed vegetables and Texas toast. 1 and 2 were pretty good: the chopped sirloin was so-so. It had way too much gravy that it coated a lot of fries and the mixed veggies. It was a small dining area but the server was very attentive. Food came out fairly quickly and atmosphere was okay.

Stopped in after reading the only review. Place is kept clean. Hunter and i ordered. We both had clam chowder. Yes homemade and very good. Then an appetizer of egg rolls piping hot n fresh. Hunter had pasta carbonara. Which i tried. It was a tad runny but flavor was awesome i certainly would order it. Portion was very good sized. I ordered a side of there chile verde with pork. Was a small cup for .99¢ was awesome. My meal was mongolian chicken with fried rice. Lets just say the portions were enough for me to have 2 meals. And the quality of that dish was worth evey penny off $ 8.99. The sizes of my chicken and the sauce an veggies were really something to write home about. I would highly recommend. I WILLBEBACK. I have eaten at Uncle Lees twice. Once for breakfast and once for lunch. Both meals left a lot to be desired. I had the country fried steak and eggs for breakfast. They say that the gravy is home made. But it is home made only if you consider it homemade by adding water to a packaged mix. The home fries are frozen potato chunks that were deep fried. The person with me had pancakes that were just OK. But it seems that they water down the syrup as a cost saving measure. We tried lunch a few weeks later. I ordered a burger that was just OK nothing special. They had clearly put the complete burger on the grill and put something heavy on it for some reason. So the bun was burnt and dried out. The onion rings were good. But for what you paid you should get more of them. They also have Chinese food and pastas on the menu. Prices are low but that doesn’t make up for the bad food. Service was fair. Not enough trained people to do the job .If they knew what they were doing they would have had plenty of help. And it is mostly clean. Wont bother going back.

So there we were having rode the Harley’s from Vegas in a day on our way to Sturgis. Uncle Lee’s was right in front of our dumpy little Sleep Inn, and we had definitely worked up an appetite. Unfortunately this area off of I-15 isn’t exactly loaded with a ton of options so a quick walk put us into the restaurant just feet from our room and the truck stop next door. The word«Uncle» on a restaurant sign implies country style food and breakfast while«Lee» implies, well, you know what. The décor is nothing to write home about, but keep in mind you’re next to a truck stop. Our server was polite but obviously stressed due to the fact it was her and 2 other gals working and the place was packed(with a bunch of yocals)! That gave us hungry travelers hope. The menu is pretty diverse and yes they serve Chinese! I ordered their version of generals chicken, while the others stuck with country and breakfast food items. The food took a little long but came out hot, which was great. The chicken was tender & moist and the breading not to doughy. They put on a tad too much sweet sauce, but still okay. The fried rice was standard stuff. The clam chowder, which was the soup D’jour was awesome and seemed homemade. My friends did breakfast and country fried steak. I got to sample a little and it defiantly would have hit the spot. A huge board outside advertised multiple style pies, but the server steered us away from them. She did say the cheese cake was good, but no one tried it. I’m sure there are a bunch if other places to go, but Uncle Lee’s did the trick, all with reasonable prices. A solid 3 stars!
