This is a wonderful place to stay while in Ogunquit Maine. It’s close enough to downtown for an easy walk(or trolley ride) but also far enough away to avoid a mass of over tourists and noise. The hotel has two pools, a hot tub, a grilling area and tetherball area. The best part is the owner though! She’s who you meet at check in, answers the phones, and is so wonderfully helpful.

We stayed at the Seafarer during our stay in Ogunquit and we loved it! Nancy the owner was more than helpful and kind. We could not have asked for a kinder host, better than a bed and breakfast for sure. The Free Wifi was a great plus :) Our room faced the back of the hotel and had a super nice porch over looking the pine trees in the back. We truly had a wonderful time staying there, while is not right in town, that is why it made it more charming because it was quiet once we left the middle of town where it was rather busy since it was the high of the season. One should really stay with Nancy, very lovely hostess.

A great place to stay with the family while in southern Maine. Having a kitchenette is a definite plus

This place is fantastic! We will definitely book again for next year. Very clean, pools are great for the kids, just a short walk to the trolley. We walked to Perkins Cove and the beach both days with no problems. We are outdoorsy types, so this was a nice place to be able to hang out without feeling like we were up our neighbors behinds. Having a kitchenette is an amazing bonus to this motel. They even have grills that you can use.

Went right after the busy season so it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Big room with two cushy double beds and two doors that could open to other rooms if you had a lot of people. Dining table which was nice. Big clean indoor and outdoor pools. Right down the road from the nice business part of town and the gorgeous cove.

This motel was fine in many ways if it had been one of only a few choices in the area. It’s old style — the type of place I went to in the 80’s with my parents. Tired carpet, noisy a/c, little fridge in middle of room, pastel flowery bed covers, fluorescent bulb in bath etc. So while it wasn’t awful I think there are many better choices for a little more($ 30 or so) per night. I went with this place because of reviews on Trip Advisor which I now think were planted ! If it’s your only choice then go for it otherwise look around.
