I called them today to stretch and fix the carpet in the doorway of our bathroom which had just been re-​tiled. Now this was great customer service. Debbie called me back and said she could have Jason to my house between 1 and 3. Jason showed up around 1:30. Did the job in nothing flat and they could not have been more pleasant. And the carpet looks great. Big thank you to Chisum’s.
