Daley Landscape Inc

Daley Landscape may do great work, but I will never know. Mike came out to my house for a consultation on April 29^th as I type this on June 6^th I still have not received a proposal for the work we discussed. The scope of work was not that detailed; new French drains and some channel drains. He spent a decent amount of time at my house and was provided with all the necessary information in order to draw up a proposal and provide me with some numbers for the work.
He never reached out to me to apologize for the delay or provide reasoning as to why it was taking so long, until after I sent messages and was told each time that it would be ready the next day, well the next day came and went a couple times.
I paid for the consultation and his travel time, now I have nothing to show for it and frankly do not want to do business with a company that can’t provide figures for a possible job in a timely manner. I have had other landscape contractors out to my property since Mike came out for consultations on the same projects and some additional work and have already received detailed proposals and cost breakdowns from them.
I can understand that things arise and other situations will take precedence, however it is the providers responsibility to inform a customer whom has already paid for a service with an explanation as to why they have not received what they paid for.
I will not recommend Daley Landscape to anyone in the future.

We have now had Daley Landscaping to our house several times and we could not be more pleased with their work. Michael and his talented crew are punctual, courteous, friendly, and above all, do great landscaping work. We initially hired them to repair our entire irrigation system, which was not an easy task. They not only repaired it, but made it operate even more efficiently than before. They also made sure that we understood how to program and use it should we want to make any changes. Recently we had them back to do a major trimming of our bamboo, which they did beautiful job on, working cheerfully and efficiently, even in the brutal summer heat. They left our property even more clean than before they started. Additionally their prices for both jobs were extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Daley Landscaping for all your gardening and irrigation needs.

Ojai-​based Daley Landscaping is amazing. We had a leak in our backyard irrigation system and needed immediate attention. We called them at 9:00am, someone came out to look at the leak within 20 minutes and 2 hours later the leak was fixed. They are professional, reliable and fairly priced. Can’t recommend their services more highly.

I initially found Daley Landscape, Inc after reviewing numerous lighting and landscape architects online. After interviewing 3 different contractors, it was clear that Michael Daley and his company were far and above the best choice. Both Michael and his crew were timely, courteous, receptive to all of my questions and needs and cleaned up the work area each day following the end of the work day. The finished product was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Daley Landscape is composed of a group of professionals and I highly recommend their services.
