I scheduled an appointment for a repair to happen at 4 pm on a weekday. When no one showed on time, I called at 4:20 to confirm that I did have an appointment and to get an update as to the arrival time. I was told that the technician was running behind, but that they would contact him for an update and call me back. I never got a call back. The technician was a no show, no call. I ended up calling Sears. I’m not upset that they were running late but upset that there was no communication and no follow up. Not a great business model. It’s pretty much a one star but I gave two because someone did answer the phone during business hours and the people I spoke with were polite.
