If you are considering getting a VR done I highly RECOMMEND Dr. Daniel! What he says and tells you is direct and to the point. He doesn’t hide anything from the cost or the procedure. The staff will explain mostly everything on the phone even before the consultation. So when you go in, there are NO Surprises and I was even able to get my procedure done right after my consultation. I had only one complication during my healing time and every time I called the staff was very helpful. Kelsey is the Best and extremely helpful! I even called Dr. Daniel on a Saturday and he got right back to me. Now eight weeks later and still healing so everyone is different, be patient when healing. Now we are waiting to see if the procedure work, and Dr. Daniel is very up front that it may or may not work even before you have the procedure. I appreciated his honesty instead of lying to me like other Doctors.

Although vasectomy reversal is definitely not something everyone needs, if you are considering it I HIGHLYRECOMMEND Dr. Daniel and his staff! From the start they are great at communicating everything from cost, procedure, expectations, etc. They have it down to an efficient system and honestly the cost is very reasonable. The procedure is not overly invasive, and Dr. Daniel explains it all thoroughly to you in the consultation. I truly appreciate all that he did for my wife & I in the process!

My wife and I had driven from Wilmington to Raleigh to speak with the only person in that area(from Raleigh to the coast) that does reversals. That doctor was rude, disrespectful, and crass… we felt hopeless but we both decided we would seek another option. After going by my mother-in-law’s office, while we were all disappointed, we were both looking for options online and both came across Dr. Daniel at the same time and the stories and uplifting messages were exactly what we were looking for, like a spotlight shining down on that phone number to call! The receptionist was very compassionate and said that since we had driven that far, she would make sure he stayed in the office after he finished the procedure he was working on if we wanted to head that way for a consult(same day!!). We were never rushed or pushed for a commitment, but Dr. Daniel spent nearly an hour with us and even prayed with us before we left. Within a few days we found resources to make it possible and every single person on staff was amazing! We knew we were in great hands but they kept us encouraged throughout the process and remained compassionate even after the appointment and any time I called with questions! It’s not like others who will not return your call once they have the money… they were happy to hear from us each and every time we called with questions, pre and post procedure! It took us a little while to get my motility back to normal, but my regular urologist put me on Clomid, which boosted my motility from almost 0 to normal within 3 months! I had also been taking Fertilaid and Motility Boost to help. We are now expecting for Fathers’ Day 2015! Thank you so much!!! My wife could not be a mother without your help! We are forever grateful and you guys are like family to us! We will send pictures as soon as we can!

We used Dr. Daniel in 2011. He is not a touchy feely doctor. He is straight to the point and matter of fact. This is not necessarily a negative. It just depends on what kind of doctor you want. My personal experience is that his staff was only friendly until they got our money. Surgery was less than two hours and recovery was.okay. When we called the office with complications after a few days, they told us just to use ice and pain meds. Six weeks down the road we were semi-successful but still having«complications,» which the office and doctor blew off. When I say blew off, I mean, I called with our concerns yet again, and was told the same thing as before, «That’s normal.» We never received a follow up call from the doctor. I’m not sure where the break down in communication was, but there apparently was one. Eight months later, we found out the surgery had«failed» completely, most likely due to scar tissue building up. When I called the office, not only did the receptionist seem flippant, she just quoted me a re-do on the surgery at $ 1000 more than we paid the first time. No-«I’m sorry it didn’t work out for you.» No–«Let me forward your results to the doctor and have him give you a call.» She was unconcerned and ready for us to pay round two. You would think after the first $ 7000, they would offer a reduced price. Making a customer pay more a second time around for something that doesn’t work the first time is such bad customer service all around
