Food is just OK, too greasy. But what was the worst, not once have I gone in here and had, semi polite even, customer service, always angry employees or just straight rude, and the place is filthy.

Was craving pizza today and wanted to sit down and eat, so did not want Domino’s or LC. Pizza hut is franchised as well, so figured it was worth a go. For a Sat night it was quiet with only about 4 tables there when I arrived. I was seated and my drink order was promptly taken. I decided on a personal pan and a 1 trip salad bar. Went up to get salad and besides lettuce, they had very few items and several of the spots were vacant. No tomatoes, no onions and the cucumbers looked like they were on their way out. So I just got lettuce, cheese and dressing. I asked the waitress about tomatoes and she said they ran out last night. The restaurant is right next door to two grocery stores! I asked about onions and she said she didn’t know why there weren’t any onions out. She went to take away the salad I just made and said she would take it off. I didn’t want to waste it, so I told her to leave it. She was very apologetic and a nice young girl. My personal pan came out nice and hot and I asked for extra sauce which the gal brought right out to me. The restaurant itself appeared pretty clean, however when I went to restroom after I ate, I was nauseous as the bathroom smelled like sewer and was quite dirty. The handle to lock the stall was filthy as well as the door and floor. Yuck!!! The waitress took 10% off my ticket for the salad bar issues and really tried to handle the situation well. I was polite and thanked her as I am sure that is all she could do. It wasn’t much money, so did not get the manager involved, but did tell her that perhaps someone should grab some tomatoes at the grocery to tide them over till their next shipment. Also the restaurant was super cold which is always a turn off as I was shivering by the time I left. All in all the pizza was good and so was the service. However I think the acting manager is missing the mark as that is who should be overseeing the workings.

We were craving pizza and the other Pizza Huts we’ve been to were good, so in we went. We had to wait to be seated, there was only one lady trying to seat people, take orders and do the check out. We had the buffet and it was disappointing to say the least. The pizza’s were not labeled so it was anyone’s guess what they were. They were dry and not very hot. I decided to switch to the breadsticks and had to ask for a small cup for the hot marinara sauce to use for dipping. My husband went back for some of the chocolate pudding on the salad bar part and had to put it on a plate, no small bowls for salad or puddings. Watching him try to eat it with a fork(no spoons available) was almost worth the trip for the comedy value, but we won’t be repeating this performance.

Worst pizza we have had in a long time. We were tired after a long day and Pizza Hut was the closest to the Holiday Inn Express where we stayed. Had a thin crust supreme that was so dry it made us spit cotton. Crust was closer to a Saltine cracker. With so many other options for pizza, I have no idea how they survive. Do yourself a favor, don’t order from here. Only reason I’m giving it one star is that we didn’t get food poisoning after eating it…

I like Pizza Hut but man this location always makes me want to take a broom and sweep it up myself.
