I will have to walk you through my experience in order to understand the rating. First, great ambiance. Cool atmosphere both in the porch and inside. Second, great merchandise, but it may be a little pricy. A mug was $ 13. T-shirts were $ 20. So debatable. Not terrible. Not great. Second, three people were there before us so the wait was about ten minutes. It too shabby for a little shop with two people. Third, they got some food options that sounded great(bagels, parfait, even beer is sold here.) I got a not so thin mint coffee. It’s very tasty. Coffee isn’t burnt. Not too sweet. Good home made whipped cream. So there ya have it! Go local for your coffee next time give this a try.

I love the Okemah Coffee Company, the specialty drinks are not only fun but also delish. The treats are a great accompaniment or stand alone. I’ve only gotten to have lunch once but I look forward to future opportunities!

We had the pleasure of stopping here during a cross country road trip. Great coffee, great service, and great space. My kids and I, along with my dad, each tried something different and everything was good. Real whip cream, too, and the s’more latte came with a toasted marshmallow !

I have lived in Okemah most of my life. I have seen businesses come and businesses go. However I Hope Okemah Coffee Company is one that will stay forever. This place has that charming hospitality and the feeling that you are in a cozy little community. I enjoy going down there early mornings during the week and seeing the kids before school just sitting and chatting. Going in on Saturday mornings and meeting up with friends and seeing the locals and meeting new friends that have came in off the highway. This wouldn’t be complete if I didn’t mention the wonderful items that are there to eat and drink. Those girls there put an art into their coffee, tea, lunch specials, desserts, etc. With out a doubt stop in and visit this coffee shop it is right off the Interstate and will be worth the effort and treat to your soul.

This is about the best place for a road-trip stop you could ever imagine. We needed a mid-morning pick me up and, thanks to Unilocal found this wonderful, small, independent coffee place. The two gals working here made us feel right at home and the Latte’s were perfect too. So, so much better than a stop at corporate place that you can go to anywhere, even at home. We didn’t have lunch but they have a good selection. And, they’ll play you a record while you wait. We got Crystal Gayle! Just a short jaunt, maybe ¾ mile north of I40.

New true coffee shop serves big-city quality brews in a cozy environment with a charming local soul and warm hospitality. Serving tasty food suitable for breakfast and lunch. Mocha aficionados will be impressed – great flavor but not too sweet! Delicious bagels too – don’t skip the fresh homemade jalapeño cream cheese.
