Truly terrible customer service. The owner and staff are seriously rude and always act irritated (at least in the three times I’ve dealt with them; two of those times being for my prior place of employment). I can only guess that they’ve inhaled too many greenhouse fumes or perhaps have an unknown airborne mental disorder that distorts their friendliness at this point.
However, CC Greenery, truth be told, does in fact have some of the most beautiful arrangements and exotic flowers in the area. I can’t recommend them to any one because the staff is demon spawn, but I wish I could… check yourself, CC Greenery, and put a smile on those faces!

Wow, if I could give negative stars, I would. Placed an order online, called to be sure it’d be delivered. I asked that they actually bring the arrangement up to the suite rather than leaving it at the front desk. The answering party quickly became hostile and told me «You don’t tell me what the f**k to do, lady» and hung up on me. Unbelievable. UPDATE 6÷2÷11: Sent an email to the contact page asking that the owner contact me regarding this interaction. Turns out that the guy who screamed, cussed me out and hung up on me IS the OWNER. Left me a long rambling voicemail about being a 52 year old man and something about his living room and how he is not my employee. Toxic!

Studio City, CA
The designer here is a true artist, I was blown away with what he (I think his name was Steve) put together for my daughter’s wedding. Way beyond the pedestrian stuff we were used to. Totally professional, can’t say enough good things about CC. Thanks for making our wedding so beautiful!
