Honestly, I ordered this product on July 25 and received the battery for my scooter on August 15th. Do the math, I waited 19 days for it to arrive! Thankfully I had another ride. Very disappointed in delivery time, with no excuses provided. I think its the «middle man» syndrome. Best of luck all.
