After the fiasco I went through with my credit card, I will not be shopping at Macy’s again. They would not remove a late payment due to a serious illness in the family, which caused the late payment (2 days). Your policy was foolish and now my account with you is closed permanently along with several other friends who are closing their Macy’s credit card accounts because of your shortsightedness. Nice job Macy’s credit department!
