I have been working with Barb to improve my habits and health for over a year now. Step by step, she has given me solid nutritional information to follow, recipe makeovers, so I can enjoy my favorite foods, and ways to deal with staying on track, at a pace that is good for me. The personalized attention has made a big difference for me, Barb customizes her approach for each client, and that helps me stay on track for the long term. She is also my biggest cheerleader! It’s a fun and effective way to improve your health. It helps with weight management, but also focuses on a holistic health approach. Participants report long-​term improvement in managing cholesterol and other medical conditions after following Barb’s nutritional and fitness program. There is so much health information floating around out there in the news and on the Web! Sometimes you don’t know what is good and what is junk science. Barb presents solid, research-​based information, treats you like adults and the weekly groups motivate you to maintain healthy and mindful choices. You leave energized!
