So far so good, Aaron showed up same day I called to treat my lawn for pre emergent weed control(which is suppose to kill weeds before the bloom) and also treated the lawn with roundup to kill weeds already growing. As you normally see this time of year there’s temporary green dye in the mix so that you can see how complete the coverage is and it’s also a repellant for Leprechauns… Up until now I’ve done this myself(minus green dye) for about $ 25 but it’s a lot of work even though I’ve got this backpack tank where you mix roundup concentrate with water and pump as you walk and spray. Another thing to consider, when I use the backpack, it’s virtually impossible to cover all of the lawn as Aaron did, it’s more of a spot spray with the backpack which means no real per emergent weed control. I would normally do my pre emergent weed control with a granular broadcast which I’ve found never work that well due to wind, rain, and inability to get a real good uniform amount all over the lawn. It’s been only two days and I can easily see all of the weeds and crabgrass already starting to shrivel and die ANDNOLEPRECHAUNSINDAYS!!. I feel it was $ 42 well spent. Aaron was no pressure explaining he will notify me about four more appropriately timed treatments for more weeds, grub worms, and a couple of fertilizer treatments to increase grass density and greening and would not apply without a verbal go ahead. So far so good. Would anyone like to buy a backpack sprayer?
