Best costumer service I have experienced in a long time. Professional, timely, and knowledgable. Didn’t try to up sell me or force financing like Mattress Firm and Mathis Bros. If you don’t buy your mattress here you have wasted time and money.

This is a family owned business that treats you like family!
We were looking for bunk beds/​mattresses for my daughter. We drove around and did the furniture row circus. Found some things we liked and found some things we didn’t like. Went home and found BedmanOKC online. Called them the next day and spoke with Michael, the owner, and made our way over to look.
Michael was there and showed us the beds and went over all the details with my wife and I, while our daughter played, making us feel really welcome. We ordered her new beds/​mattresses that day and they delivered them the following day. When they came to install and deliver, they even brought a surprise for my daughter. They knew how excited she was and they went the extra mile to make it special for her.
If you need a new mattress, or bunk bed, please give Michael a chance at your business. Great place and I will definitely purchase my next mattress from him and his family!

I was looking for an inexpensive, yet decent mattress set. Having gone to the big stores and finding them more than what I could afford I remembered seeing Bed Man on craigslist, it was on my way home so I stopped. I walked in and was immediately greeted, the owner was friendly and helpful I told him what I was looking for and he showed me mattresses that fit my price range and were the softness I wanted. He let me look at other things and never steered me towards more expensive things. He pointed out the least expensive and then showed me ones he thought I might like.
I picked out the one I wanted and he had it wrapped and loaded in my truck within a few minutes. — I was offered delivery but I didn’t need it.
Friendly, helpful, AMAZING. I highly recommend Bedman. Support a local business, get a great price, and great service.

I like superheroes. Love them even. So of course I’m going to be interested in a store named «Bed Man.» I want to know more about his powers though. The store motto is «Here to Save the Night» but is Bed Man doing this through the use of his genius intellect and a trust fund left by his very rich (and very dead) parents? Or does he have some sort of genetic mutation where he can make mattresses come out of his hands? Or is it magic? I want to say magic. The origin story matters, dammit.
You know what else is magic? The customer service at Bed Man. The owner, Michael really gets customer service. He gets it so well that it may actually be his superpower. From the first interaction to the final sale and delivery, the customer service has been… On. Point. He even threw in free delivery and honored a discounted price on something else that I bought after the fact. He wasn’t obligated to, but he did it anyway because he’s great like that.
We have a new bed that is… really dangerous because I find it unbelievably difficult to get out of it once I’m on it. It’s so comfortable that life seems to make sense only when I’m lying down, and getting up in the morning fills me with (well-​rested) dread because I have to leave my haven of memory foam comfort.
The prices are so much better than anything else that we’ve seen in the city. Just to give an idea, there was a similar mattress that we were considering at a larger mattress chain, and it was twice as expensive as what Bed Man was offering. The brands at Bed Man aren’t the obvious variety (Sealy, Serta, Tempurpedic, etc.). The mattress that we ended up purchasing (after much research on my part) is not a well-​known brand, but the reviews online were really good. Also, it’s kind of cool to know that our mattress was made (with a «born-​on» date and everything) only after the sale was finalized. Also included: two free memory foam pillows! It’s the little things…
Shortly after our purchase, we heard from friends and family who had also gotten their mattresses from Bed Man and how happy they were with their experiences. So from what I can tell, Bed Man has no weakness. He’s like Superman-​Prime with his immunity to Kryptonite. Okay I’m going to stop now before I geek out too much.
P. S. Bed Man’s delivery guys are also great. Very friendly and efficient.

Called and talked with Michael at five minutes before closing time: 5:00 on Friday afternoon. Friday afternoon! The store was about to close and I told him I’d like to come in on Saturday and check out their products; two of my daughters had bought beds from him and were very satisfied… Anyway, he tells me to come on in anyway and look around as two of his staff were still there working and would be glad to let me in and show me around, and that if I found something I liked he could get it to me early the next morning. So I did. The guys — Andrew and Christian — couldn’t have been more friendly, helpful and honest; I paid for the bed I’d had my eye on on the spot. The price was a few bucks cheaper on their website and they gladly honored that, which was nice! Bed was delivered, as promised, on Saturday morning, and I couldn’t be happier with the service and the product! So glad I didn’t hafta endure the bed sales guys with the long sleeved white shirts and ties and the upselling attempts, and all that stuff at the traditional mattress stores! Hey, buying a bed can be pretty stressful, unless you’re an expert! These guys are good: Super way to run a business! I’ll be back, and I’ll be telling all of my friends and enemies that they can’t go wrong at the Bedman!

This is my first review is awhile.
Due to necessity I found myself bed shopping. I searched all the big box and online common choices.
Luckily I recalled some conversation about this place and popped in to check it out for myself and comparison shop. Just browsing you see, because I knew all the other prices and options. I was certain my bed was to be found at another place.
I walked out with a bed five minutes later. The price was amazing. The selection was impressive. I am a customer for life.
Michael is a wonderful local business owner and I look forward to referring business to him for a long time.

Michael met me at the door and was immediately accommodating to my needs. He clearly understood his products and helped me pick the bed I wanted very quickly, even double checking with his online store to make sure I got the right price. Delivery was also very quick and painless.
I will definitely go back to Bed Man for my next mattress.
