Shopping here is a great experience, especially if you have any foot problem!
Discovered the Brooks shoes for my problem feet many years ago at this store
and do not go anywhere else to buy my shoes. Just try them, you will be happpy.

We’ve bought shoes here before and always had great customer service so when I needed to purchase shoes for my mother, who was in the hospital, I returned to this store for help. I explained my mom’s situation (going to rehab for physical therapy) and that she needed a new pair of walking shoes. The selection is huge and I was at a loss as to where to even begin. The salesperson asked what brand (s) my mother usually wore and then brought me out several options to choose from. The next issue was that I knew my mother’s shoe size but, since all shoes feel different on your feet, I did not know if she would wear her size or a size up/​down. The staff person told me I could simply purchase the shoes in several sizes and then return the ones that didn’t work, which is exactly what I did. A+ for helping me figure out a solution to THAT problem! When I came back to the store to make the return I was given it promptly with no issues whatsoever and the salesperson even asked how my mom was doing. Now THAT is good customer service. During a stressful time this store helped me to find a solution and was very kind in the process, AND my mom loved the shoes! You can’t beat the attentive customer service and their willingness to help.

I have purchased all my walking shoes and great socks at Best Feet Forward for a few years now. Each time I get great customer service and have never been unhappy with the shoes. The staff there work with me to make sure I get the kind of fit I need.

I needed new running shoes, and after scouring the malls I found this place through a friend’s recommendation. The guys here are really helpful. They first scan your feet to determine your running gait, and to see which type of shoes will fit you best. They brought me several pairs to try on, and were really patient while I walked around in them. even though it was almost closing time when I came in.
The type of running shoes you get really do make a difference. And even though the store doesn’t really have a huge selection, I recommend going here for the service and personalized touch… especially when you are as clueless as me about what kind of shoes to get.
