Bike One

I spent the day going to every bike shop in okc. Bike one was by far the best store in town. Corey took time to get me on the proper sized bike and was very knowledgeable about the local bike scene. ¹⁰⁄₁₀

Went to this place for a second time to get my tires repaired because I ran into several thorns in Kansas. I came back to this place because they were great when I first took my bike here. I can’t say enough great things about this place. They are so friendly and knowledgeable that I couldn’t help and feel welcomed to be there. They took care of my bike and were able to help try to prevent future thorns in messing with my bike. It took them 15 minutes and I was out. I again couldn’t be more thankful to have a place like this. I will continue to take my bike here even though I live in Kansas now.

Everyone in Bike One is friendly and very helpful. They really know their stuff and don’t try to sell you something you don’t need. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

I got me set of Look Keo pedals from a store in Europe and Carnac shoes from an online store. I needed help with installing the pedals so I started calling some bike shops around. Everyone was trying to charge me and I was completely fine with that. However, the last call I made was to Bike One since it is also very close to my house. I spoke to Chris who was incredibly nice and said he would put in for me for no charge! So, I took my pedals, shoe and bike and he worked on it right away! He even tuned my SRAM derailleurs and filled air for no charge! I mean he spent atleast 40 mts of his time to work on my bike! He also put the cleats on my new shoes as well! What a nice guy he is! I wish there were more people like Chris at bike stores that want to help people without trying to make money off of everything!
Too bad they don’t deal with Specialized bikes… But they will service Specialized bikes. Next time you are in the market for a bike or accessories or simply to get it serviced, do stop by BikeOne on NW Expressway.

I was referred to BikeOne by my friend Adam who had been going here for years. I had been riding a cruiser and decided it was time to upgrade to a performance bike. Man am I glad I did!
I’m not a racer, and not on a team, but I genuinely enjoy the sport and one thing I love about this shop is they love the sport and all their customers who are on any level.
They offer Monday night recovery rides, which are great for beginners to learn to ride with a group, switch gears and change tires; or for the more advanced riders who ride all weekend to spin it out and enjoy some company.
If you know anything about bike shops, you know different ones carry different brands, it’s like a car dealership, so Giant and Trek is their specialty.
Every time I leave the shop, I have a smile on my face because I either just got my bike adjusted for free, I got something new at a good price, or I’m chatting with one of the workers about the next bike event.
I highly recommend BikeOne! They back all of their products and make sure you are at your best when you ride. They also installed some accessories I got as a gift on my bike for little to nothing.
The only thing missing is free popcorn, but then they would never get rid of me :)

After moving to OKC from a very intimidating bike-​centric city (Seattle), I decided it was time to woman up and get myself a pair of wheels. I hit a few other local bike shops, and a couple of chains stores before coming to Bike One. And let me say I’m glad I did. Where the chains had 2 bikes (TWO!) that sort of fit my needs and the other local shops dealt some attitude to me. (Admittedly, I’m a girl and I didn’t know all the right questions to ask). However, Bike One, and Daniel, the guy who helped me, were AWESOME. Answered all my silly questions, were patient, kept me well under budget and made sure I was totally happy with my purchase. I’m so thankful I didn’t settle for one of the other places, because as long as I live here, they will have my business.

I waited for 40 minutes before someone helped me. I mentioned it must be a busy day and the salesman said «not really». Also, it seems like they only have Giant and Trek brands.
