Bob Moore Subaru

We came into town from Texas, to attend a graduation. About 90 miles south of town, we had the cruise control kick off, the check engine light turned on, the traction control light started flashing and the brake light started flashing. To say we kind of were concerned is an understatement. We called ahead, and then stopped by the dealership after speaking to the service dept. Mark, their service representative, came out and cleared the code on the car and said it was just because of the gas cap not being tight enough. First time we’ve had that problem with 50,000 miles on the car. No charge, just great customer service! He told us he could squeeze us into their service schedule because we are from out of town, if we had another problem over the weekend. Wow! What can you say about that! If we lived here, that would be the dealership we would use.

Spent a few weekends car shopping at many of the big name dealers but the sales people were very cold and gave off the creepy car salesman vibe. While in Edmond my wife and I stopped in to Bob Moore Subaru and were greeted by Jason Webb. I’ve always liked the Subaru concept of all wheel drive and the Legacy was a cool looking car. I asked Jason to see a white one and he had one curbside, ready for a test drive in a few minutes. He went over the cars features and was very knowledgable. Went for a test drive and I was very impressed with the car. Many online reviews of the Legacy reported crappy acceleration but I was pleasantly surprised when I got on the highway.
Back at the dealership Jason had my truck appraised and they matched the highest quote I received from another dealer. I greatly appreciated Mr. Bob Moore’s Military discount which brought the sticker price down and made the purchase a no– brainer.
Finance wasn’t too bad, lots of insurance and protection programs to choose from. About 3 hours from walking in to driving away in our new Subaru. Great buying experience! Love the car and am thankful for Jason’s excellent customer service!
