I was referred by a coworker after I moved back to the state. My biggest problem with this office is their lack of communication for a plan of oral health with ALL available options. They told me that they wanted to help me with my oral health on my second visit, but I did not feel that because it took two visits for them to tell me I needed help; why wasn’t it discovered on the first visit? On the third visit it went way downhill with the terminology they used and inconsistency I noticed in their discussions with me. At that point I sought out a second opinion based on my suspicion of my discomfort with the Dr and his staff. The second opinion along with my previous Dentist was the proof of the feelings of reluctance I had with the practice here.
