I’ve eaten here for nearly two decades, and it’s good, basic Mexican. Favorites are fajitas and flautas. Okay, I also like the suisas, beef tip burrito and a few other things. While their regular salsa is in the blander side, they offer warmed salsa that’s much more flavorful. They have a help yourself bar with warmed salsa, onions, sour cream, jalapeños, and sopas(donut deserts). Ordering is cafeteria style, but you can sit and order if you wish. The staff is awesome. Watched their kids grow to adults and even know their names. Great place to eat.

This place is my favorite Mexican restaurant in the area. The California burrito is awesome. My kids destroy the kids enchilada dishes. My wife loves to test everything on the menu and is never disappointed. Staff is really cool. My only complaint and it’s a small one, is the exit/enterance is a narrow hallway.

Food is very good and service is extremely accommodating. Very good quest and salsa. I live the buffet style food. You can have as much or as little as you want on the nachos. Delicious!

It’s like a cafeteria style Mexican restaurant. It’s okay but sometimes I wonder how fresh or clean the foods are.

This is the worst texmex i’ve ever had. Cheese sauce had no flavor or color. Chicken enchilada was canned chicken in a rolled up flour tortilla. Beans were soupy. Rice was really dry. Take your $ 6.00 to a burger joint!

I decided to stop here after reading google reviews since it was near my hotel. Traveled to OKC for work. I ordered the carne asada taco dinner-omg was it amazing. I inhaled it and the taco sauce that came with it was killer. The chips were warm and fresh, the staff was super friendly and checked in a few times to see how my food was. It looks like you have the option to order from the menu or do the buffet option. I did the menu. I would highly recommend this place. It seems like the staff really care about the food and it tasted awesome.

Hate to say this place is an epic fail when it comes to almost anything that taste like good Mexican food. The only think I think is pleasurable to the pallet here is the fajitas. You ask why I hate to say. Well this is my dads favorite place to go eat. So unfortunately I have eaten more than any human should be forced to in my lifetime. The salsa and queso are plain. And by plain I mean I would rather have taco bell version of either. So if you have to eat here stick to the fajitas and do stray to far from that. The fajitas are the exception to the rule here. They are very good and might be the only thing on the menu worth ordering. I had the shrimp and steak fajitas this last time I was in. They were very good. So at least if I have to eat here again I will have something to lean on. In closing Fajitas Fajitas Fajitas or just stay away.

This isn’t the best Mexican place in town, but I find myself stopping in here every once in a while. The food gets better the more beers you’ve had before you eat it. And even though this place is kind of like a fast food joint, they do serve beer. Come to think of it, it is actually pretty good drunk food. And the prices are pretty good for the amount you get. I think if one of the cooks watched the Food Network for a few days, their spread would taste quite a bit better. Hell, a little more seasoning would probably do the trick. When you’re done, there are free sopapillas.

Okay, if you follow my advice you will end up having a decent meal. One deviation and you’ll be eating Velveta cheese sauce poured over a soggy tortilla filled with bland meat. You don’t want that. Here’s the plan if you find yourself stranded here due to decisions out of your control. Step one. Order fajitas, beef. Step two. Get an extra side of their dang good guacamole. Step three. Order up a Mexican drink, like horchata. Step four. Enjoy a pretty solid meal. Step five. Get the sopaipilla from the serve yourself zone. Step six. Walk out stupid full. The fajitas are full of super soft grilled onions and the dish has a tangy, almost teriyaki, undertone to them. Seriously, don’t stray from what I told you and you’ll walk out being okay with the money you spent.

If I want horrible tex mex, remind me to cook at home, it would actually be better than what I had here. The place is trying to pull off two things, a walk up buffet and a sit down and wait dinner, but of which are not pulled off well. The service was good, but in no way makes up for the poor excuse for what they call food here. Check out Poblano Grill instead.

Nope. Nope. Nope. Clearly reheated frozen food. I think the cheese was Velveeta. I had the 3 taco dinner; the shells were stale, the beef wasn’t good. Even the sopaipillas were gross! I’m so disappointed! This place doesn’t even hold a candle to Ted’s or Alfredo’s. The other reviewers are correct in that the staff was friendly… but other than that; save your money. There’s a Taco Mayo AND Taco Bell on the same block. Go to one of those instead.

A little gem, found out about through someone standing in line at the bank. They have a full menu with home made dishes along with a buffet style line in front. Servers are very attentive and friendly. Atmosphere is quaint, not fancy but the food is delish and we will be back. Oh and did I mention? Inexpensive! I got a full entrée for under 6 dollars.

This is the worst Mexican food I have ever eaten, let alone one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to. The food is already cooked when you arrive(who knows how long ago), and kept under lights and warmers that are served up to you cafeteria-style by someone who speaks about 3 words of English. If you think you are saving any money being served this way, think again. It costs as much to eat here as it does any other nice, sit-down and be served-style Mexican restaurant. This fast service and already-prepared food might have been more palatable if it had been, for instance, palatable. But alas, the enchiladas tasted like dirty sweat socks, the rice had zero flavor, the salsa was from a can, and the cheese, well I wasn’t even brave enough to go there. The best thing they had to offer? Their already prepared sopapillas, kept under what else? Lights and warmers. The tap water was the second best thing they had to offer, and speaking of which mine was refilled by one of the waitstaff who hadn’t bothered to check on us until after we had finished our food, and was presumably fishing for a tip. Go someplace else. Anyplace else!!!

Being from SoCal I know good Mexican food. This is good mexican good. The fajitas are great and they make a mean taco salad as well. The staff is nice and will make anything you want as long as you ask.

I love the sour cream enchiladas. The sopapillas are the best I’ve ever had, with a yummy glaze. This is a family business and it shows in the friendliness, good service, and consistently good food.
