Charter Clinic Urgent Care

I am writing the review to show my genuine respect and gratitude for Alina who gave me excellent care and emotional support. When I drove from California to Oklahoma, my face and neck got UV induced dermatitis, together with some bacteria infection, my whole neck, scalp ears and eyes began to have yellow fluid come out. The situation got worse during the my settling time in OK that I need to change tissue for my neck and block my ears every 5 minutes for the fluid and couldn’t get to sleep for itchy and painful, my neck swelled and I couldn’t turn my head and take off my shirt. I called several dermatologists but it takes ages to see one of them, fortunately, a really nice assistant of a dermatologist told me I could see the urgent care first. So I walked in, meet Alina, who really showed her compassion and care for me. She gave me a shot, gentled cleaned my wound, put some cream on my neck and scalp, consoled me, and hug me — -I couldn’t believe she could hug me! Most people would hide if they see such a person like me with those disgusting infections! Alina is really an angel, I am really moved and touched and even want to be a nurse like her! Now I have past the worst time in my life. Alina, thank you so much!

Great practice, everyone here was very friendly and professional. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience when I went in. They had a great selection of magazines but they got me back so fast I didn’t even get to look twice at them. (:
