Yes, Chili’s is a chain restaurant. But, usually the food at Chili’s is really good and high quality, and always a good value. This used to be our favorite Chili’s in the metro, but they have seriously gone down hill in the last 6 months or so. Today we came early for lunch, around 11:30AM, and our server was kind of rude, totally uncaring, and acted like our presence bothered him the whole time we dined. My husband also said that his prime rib tacos were dry and tasted like tree bark(and my husband NEVER complains about food from Chili’s…) My food was just kind of… meh. Rubbery shrimp, and way too much yogurt sauce on my tacos. The entire staff(except for the bar tender, who was very busy and obviously trying her best to provide good customer service) stood around and told inappropriate jokes and acted like complete idiots the whole hour we were there, including the management. I think if I ever go back to this Chili’s location I’ll stick with burgers or chicken tenders, and take them to go.

Food was ok hated the service. It started when I walked in with the worst greeting by the hostess. Im sorry I had to make her work. But I thought it would get better with my waitress it didn’t. I never got her name. Subpar service but foid was ok.

Great dinner! Great Service! Matt went above and beyond for me and my dietary needs. Thank you! The chef also went above and beyond! Thank you for giving me a great night!

Went there on Friday night. They were supposed to close at 10. Good was ok. Service was ok. What really bothered me is that they started doing closing cleaning at 9pm before we even get our food. This continued while we are still eating and there were about 10 tables full at that time. Moving furniture and sweeping the floors and under tables. They should’ve waited until people leave.

Don’t ever order to go from this restaurant unless you check the bag before leaving because something will always be missing and your order is likely to be completely wrong. Tonight I had a very simple order including regular chicken crispers… Simple enough you would think but they gave me the extra crunchy ones. I go back in from my car and explained I ordered regular chicken crispers after they acknowledged it was their fault they told me I would have to wait 10 minutes after I said I couldn’t wait that long the Manager said«okay». They were unapologetic and didn’t even offer me a free dessert for their screwup. They also failed to give us tortillas with our order of fajitas. So even if you think you’re ordering something very simple you need to dumb it down with this restaurant.

Today my family and I visited Chills for lunch after 2 pm. The service was excellent, however I cannot say the same for the food. I ordered the avocado, bacon, chicken sandwich on the pretzel roll. The pretzel roll was burned, there was only one small piece of under cooked bacon and the avocado, only one tiny piece was sliced so thin it was almost transparent. The portions at Chills are small and the prices have gone up, my sandwich was not worth the price that was charged. Ironically the lady sitting across the aisle from me ordered the same sandwich as me and it was served without the chicken. I know there were several complaints coming out of the section we were seated in. The complaints were due to slow service and the quality of food. This was no fault of our waitress who was friendly, informative and and knowledgeable about the menu. The service can be only as fast as the kitchen. Our waters were refilled twice before our food was served. When we finally were served the food was hot, so it wasn’t left in the kitchen. I don’t know all the circumstances that brought our waitress to tears but from what I observed the kitchen and management were lacking. Management wasn’t aware of the quality of food being sent out by kitchen staff and management was not supporting the wait staff or you would not have a terrible chicken sandwich served to two customers and unhappy waitress who was doing her best. Don’t spend your money at this restaurant unless you want poor quality of food and management lacking compassion for employees and customers.

I’m going to start off by saying, if you want good service go eat some where else. If you really like something from Chili’s menu, come here, but be prepared to check your food carefully and send it back multiple times. I love their new burgers, the tripple dipper and the guac! I order to-go from this location all the time and I don’t think they have ever once gotten my order correct, but they have a nice little area where you can lay your food out and check every single detail of your order. The kitchen is right there for them to run back and fix everything the way it should be in front of you. If you ask them to fix something, they will so that is their redeeming factor. Bottom line, I find it incredibly annoying but at least consistent that they are incapable of doing their job. I still love the food/convenience of this location so I will continue to deal.

25 min wait when there were NUMEROUS tables open. When the hostess xame back from seating someone in the bar area she couldn’t remember if she had our name down. There were 3 other groups waiting. Really you can’t remember?

Terrible food looks nasty. The cashier at the take out window was rude. He needs to be in the back cooking.

We occasionally visit Chili’s, fully realizing we are going to get the typical chain meal experience. But this location is not one I would recommend to visit. We walked in to a practically empty restaurant only to wait. And wait. And wait some more. It took several minutes for anyone to appear so we could be seated, and no apology was offered. The person who seated us was the manager and had been sitting and chatting with some buddies before he took notice of us. Our server did come pretty quickly after that. We ordered our food, and I ordered a triple berry margarita. The margarita took almost as long as the food to come out(and the food took quite a while). I am not exactly sure what took the bartender so long being that the place was pretty dead. No salted rim or lime wedge like the picture indicates, which would have been a nice complementary taste to the already delicious drink. When we finally got our food, everyone’s seemed right and ok… except for mine. I ordered the southwest pairings, getting the chicken quesadilla and two soft tacos(one beef and one chicken). The pairings are supposed to come with black beans AND rice, but I only got the black beans. The tacos are supposed to come with the meat, cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo, cilantro, and an avocado slice. I asked for no pico, which they did leave off, but it also did not have the cilantro or the avocado. The fresh salsa it was supposed to come with on the side also was not given to me. So essentially almost half of what I ordered was not given to me even though I paid full price for it. For dessert, we ordered the skillet toffee fudge brownie. This is what the description says: «Oven-baked toffee fudge brownie topped with vanilla ice cream, drizzled with caramel sauce and topped with toffee pieces.» That is not what we got. The brownie did come in a skillet, but it was a chocolate chip brownie. Not toffee, not fudge. It was topped with vanilla ice cream, but only had a bit of chocolate syrup on it. Not caramel sauce, not toffee pieces. Being a toffee lover, I was very disappointed. So what exactly were we paying for? I got a meal that only came with about half of what I was supposed to get, and a dessert that wasn’t at all what it said it was going to be. And everything took forever to get to us. I know people tend to take stuff like that out on the server, even though the server really has no control over what goes on in the kitchen. So I do want to say that our server, Cody, was extremely friendly, always smiled, continually checked up on us, and even picked up my daughter’s blanket without a second thought when she dropped it. He, and the fact that a couple of the meals were fine, were the only reason why this got two stars. But the bartender and the kitchen needs to get their act together. If they can’t remember what’s on the menu, they could at least look it over before plating it and having it ready to go out. Edit: Contacted Chili’s through their website and expressed my displeasure, even specifically stating that I did NOT want compensation because that wasn’t the point of my contact. I just wanted to let them know what happened so it can be corrected in the future. They sent me gift certificates in the mail which would have been a decent gesture if not for the accompanying letter that pretty much said«we’re sorry this happened [in a few more „we’re not really going to take the blame“ words], but next time talk to a manager [in those exact words].» Uh thanks? As if somehow some of the responsibility for how the restaurant handled everything was on me. And had the manager not been preoccupied with his friends, I might have actually talked to him. But being that it took him quite some time to even acknowledge and seat us, it was pretty obvious his patrons were not his top priority. For it being a chain, I actually do relatively enjoy Chili’s. But I won’t be visiting this location again.

Literally the worst service I’ve ever had. Was picking my take out order up and the girl boxing it up said«eh, this looks so gross and is burnt.» Mmm. Doesn’t that sound appetizing? I also received roughly 12 fries, my other side was left out, and half the food was burnt beyond eating. Will never be returning.

I visited this chillis after a day of traveling– I ordered an appitizer, a salad and an entrée. all three were served at the same time. I asked that the entrée be returned to the kitchen while I finished the salad. at that moment I was confronted with who I assume was a manager who told me I was being disruptive. I explained that I was not going to eat the first two items at the expense of my main course which would be cold, once again he told me I was being disruptive and told me to leave. I assume the policy of this particular chillis is if you complain about the service you will asked to leave-not the usual resolution expected for poor service at this chain restaurant. i will not be back at this property-I would advise the same

I visited this location for the first time yesterday and was so impressed. They keep tablets on the table for viewing the menu and paying, which makes for an excellent experience. But what I loved even more was the games. I initially thought that the tablet would make the table anti-social, but on the contrary, we ended up putting our phones away and playing trivia and laughing and reading news stories. Bravo Chili’s, you integrated technology correctly. And the service was excellent, too.

Management: put more than one server in bar section! Food was about a 3, but service was bad enough to warrant a 2. We were seated in the bar section so understand that they have less servers than normal. He looked swamped and like he was doing everything without help. My problem was with management not giving our section more than one server for 8 tables while there were servers gossiping by the front door entire time! He was so busy he didn’t even ask if I wanted dessert which I actually was going to get this time except he just brought us the check without asking. :(no delicious skillet cookie Burger and chicken was dry. Pasta and fries were very good!

No wifi. One of my major annoyances! Wasn’t like I was going to hang out in the Chili’s all day, but I needed to do some online research and it would’ve been nice. I will keep in mind next time I’m considering going and why.

It was dirty when I went by this one. All the tables were dirty. However, they indicated they were in the middle of a corporate policy change that affected things.

You can’t beat their lunch combos for $ 7 for a huge ½ sandwich and bowl of soup.
