Stopped by here to grab some of their cupcakes and I have to say these have to be the best cup cakes I’ve ever had. And believe me I’ve tried I don’t know how many cup cakes? I really liked the coconut one along with the chocolate one with sea salt and Carmel. yummy!A little pricy but well worth it.

I love this place! It reminds me of the coffee shop from Friends. They have such a good variety of cupcakes, for such a good price! The boom boom pow is the bomb, and there was also a peanut butter one that I really liked too. It’s kind of a cute after date place. Check it out!

I cannot believe that I am so late to this party, but better late than never… this place is a cozy little haven. It’s the cutest old converted house(with beautifully worn original hardwoods, but I digress). We visited just before closing time so the cupcake choices were few, but I scored the last salted caramel and chocolate one(the cutesy clever name has escaped me). It was everything I hoped it would be and unbelievably moist for being the end of the day. Hubs enjoyed the vanilla with chocolate buttercream, but it did not compare to the sea salted goodness of mine. Now, on to my personal favorite part… the coffee. I cannot get over that toffee latte. It was creamy and flavorful and delicious without being overly sweet or syrup-y. I’m so glad that I have finally jumped on board of the Cuppies and Joe bandwagon.

Loved it for the most part. Didn’t appreciate having to squeeze in behind a table to dress my joe. Other than that, the coffee, cuppies and atmosphere was beautiful.

Great atmosphere with mismatched chairs and tables as well as beautiful local art. Everything I’ve had were delicious(latte, cold brew) and service was always courteous. I am lucky enough to be walking distance of here, so when I can I like to walk over and get some serious work done.

Sometimes, it just takes one good item to fall in love with a place. That one item is the boom boom pow cupcake. This cupcake was my first encounter with salted caramel. Cupped and Joe had the boom boom pow before the salted caramel fad went into full swing. Now, there is salted caramel everything. My favorite part about this place is that the baked goods feel like they are made with love. They aren’t always perfect or identically the same, but you can tell someone put a lot of time into their production instead of following the big franchise recipes.(Like most other OKC cupcakeries) While the coffee and baked goods aren’t always consistent, and while you can rarely find a seat, I keep coming back for my first love affair with salt, caramel, and chocolate.

I love the vibe of this little coffee shop. I always wish I could spend all day in this place and work. The staff is super friendly. They have so many delicious desserts. The cupcakes are to die for. My favorite dessert here is the peanut butter solution. I get it every time. Certain desserts are made on certain days so if you check out the menu online you can see what you can get each day of the week :) I dont drink much coffee so i usually order a chai. I’m a big fan of their chai!

I really can’t complain at all about Cuppies and Joe. This is my go to spot to work on my laptop and/or hit the books. The espresso coffee is very well prepared, the cupcakes are truly amazing, and if you’re lucky the cookies are close to spectacular. There are many chairs/tables/outlets to sit around and work just remember it gets pretty packed from about 3 – 6(high schoolers and college students) and somewhat harder to find a place to quietly read or work, any other time pretty much works out fine.

This place is the hip place to be. They sell cupcakes, sure. But I’m not a cake fan. But… they make cookies!!! They are the perfect compliment to a delicious tea latte!

Cuppies and Joe makes me feel so happy and special. It has such a good homey chill vibe with great coffee and desserts. I recently went to a signing event that one of my favorite artists hosted here, and the staff was so nice and accommodating to all of the people flooding their small space in the front, ordering all different drinks. They handled all the orders so quickly! I love that it is a converted house. Did I mention I love the cupcakes? Great place to come and chill, read, meet a friend, have a cup of joe with some great desserts. It’s in a fabulous part of town that is really starting to come alive with great things to see! PS Good parking around back, don’t be shy.

Whether you’re looking for a coffee to go, meeting friends to catch up, studying, or even throwing a baby shower you can’t go wrong at Cuppies and Joe. The drinks are good and they have a mix of milks available but the cupcakes are delicious. So many flavors and they’re the perfect size. They don’t overwhelm you with icing and the cake itself is good quality. It has a fun vibe and the staff is always super friendly. Take your keep it local card!

Excellent cupcakes!!! Great selection! Look behind the counter for the sign that describes each variety, as the names in the display case do not always infer what the cuppies really are! On weekends you need to call ahead for larger cupcake orders, as there is a limit to purchases. But wait, there’s more… Great coffee, too! The space itself is comfy and cute. C&J is a way better mom ‘n pop option than the corporate Starbucks…

When I was in college in Norman, rumor had it that there was this quaint coffee cupcake house in the depths of OKC that was the home to the best study spot and treats in the metro. On my first visit, I confirmed that the rumors were true. Each time I visited, I wished that we could throw the little house-like shop on a moving truck and place it on campus corner. Now that I live here, I love to frequent the room that is tucked away in the front. When I was a teacher it was my sacred lesson planning spot and now serves as my favorite remote office. I’m not crazy about the coffee(why 4 stars instead of 5), but the cupcakes, chai, atmosphere and friendly staff make this place #winning.

The location is perfect: right on 23rd street next to some new up-and-coming shops/restaurants. The atmosphere is delightful: it is so cozy you may never want to leave. There are couches and comfy chairs spread throughout the rooms and it has a very homey feel to it. I like their cupcakes, and their coffee is good too. I’ve met some of the kindest people in here also, both employees and visitors alike!

Such a cute little spot. After reading some of the reviews, I was concerned about finding a spot to sit — but apparently before dinner on a Tuesday is a great time(as I was leaving… what would be «after dinner» — it was definitely filling up!). The iced chai was delicious and I was so excited I got to try one of their special Tuesday cuppies, the Lemony Snicket. It wasn’t overly sweet but still full of flavor — just a really good cupcake. I found the pricing to be pretty average(discount for Keep It Local holders!!) — spending less than one would for something at some chain coffee shops, for the same thing. I love the atmosphere(several different rooms with sitting spots, can’t wait to go back!

I love this quaint, little coffee shop! It’s very cozy. Great for meeting up with friends or studying(but if you are studying, I would recommend head phones at times, because it can get a little noisy depending on who’s around you). Because this place is so popular, it can be a little hard to find a table depending on the time you go. I’ve come here many times and their service never disappoints. They are so friendly. Their cupcakes are moist and delicious! I’ve had the vanilla sky(I can be a plain Jane when it comes to sweets), the don(which is my favorite cupcake there!), and their chocolate chip cookies(hands down, one of my favorite chocolate chips). Drink wise, I’ve had their joe mama, americano, and espresso shakes. All great. Their charm, consistently good drinks, and scrumptious sweets makes this place so hard to resist!

I can hold a grudge with the best of ‘em. The last time I went to Cuppies & Joe(C&J), it was for some cuppies but not the joe. My experience was bad enough that I didn’t feel inclined to return. And I didn’t for three years. Then I got a C&J gift card. I actually laughed when I saw the gift card. There are many places that I would have loved to get a gift card from, but C&J was not on that list. But, I’m not one to look a gift horse in the mouth, even if said horse had bad cupcakes the last time I ate from it(my metaphor went wrong somewhere…). In my humble opinion, Nothing Bundt Cakes whips the donkeys of most every cupcakery that I’ve tried thus far in this city(their bundtinis are in little cupcake containers, so «Yuh-huh!» to people trying to tell me that they aren’t cupcakes). For this recent visit, various cuppies were purchased, as well as some joe. The first cup of joe was quite delicious. The second(two refills are free) was not, and had coffee grounds in it. The cuppies were pretty good. Not amazing, but decent enough for me to understand why people like it. I’ll be honest, I don’t remember all of the flavors, but the red velvet was one of the better red velvets I’ve had in town. The cuppies being kind of small(ish) isn’t a problem either, because the prices are lower compared to other local cupcakeries. Oh right, we showed up around noon on a… Saturday? I think? Monday? Some day… Regardless, it was around noon. Maybe because it was noon, we actually found a table for our group of three adults and one baby. But it was only one table. All of the other tables still had the same issues that I’ve dealt with in the past: One person(wearing headphones) + a lot of study materials + little to no foodstuffs/drinks to be seen. Freaking. Squatters. I hope you forget everything you’ve studied when it’s time to take your tests, jerks. Also, the tables and chairs were so rickety that I was actually concerned for my butt. We nearly spilled everything that we had bought because our table was unstable; I ended up shoving my flip-flops under one of the janky legs to stabilize it. It could be argued that they’re going for a Boheme/Shabby Chic vibe, but it comes off more as being too cheap to replace what seems to be a lot of mis-matched Craigslist curb-side furniture. [] Summary [] Some good. Some not so good. Still overrated.

Cuppies almost doesn’t need any more reviews. It’s great. Go get some. They have alternating menus with a variety of great combinations. Typical fare such as vanilla, chocolate, and red velvet are all done superbly, and when you throw in brownies, caramel, and other flavors, there is something for nearly everyone. Their cupcakes are cheap, drink prices are fair, and the place has a homey, inviting feel to it. I highly recommend it for anyone with a sweet tooth.

My first ever latte was from here and it was a bad idea because it became my baseline for lattes. I can’t seem to get the quality and care from many places. The baked items are all amazing and fresh. So flaky, spongy, and decadent. They offer different cuppies each day so you may not be able to get the same one you had last time if you go expecting it. They have a few other items for sale in the«gift shop», like T-shirts, coffee, energy bars, and such. Great building and interior. The deco is really cozy.

First, this place is very quaint. It just has a very cozy, intimate feel to it, which I love. But I would probably love it even more on a very slow weekday because it also feels very cramped, very quickly. The employees were full of smiles and were very friendly. I had the Bangarang and the Donnie Darko. Neither cupcake was very moist, but neither were they dry. Bangarang had a mocha flavored icing which was spot on in delicious flavor, but a bit overwhelming also. I was disappointed with the Donnie Darko. Not because of the flavor, but because the cocount and pecans in both the cupcake AND icing made it difficult to actually enjoy the flavor. I wish they added it to one or the other, but not both. It was just too much. I may come back again at some point to try another cuppie(and perhaps some joe since I didn’t get the chance) and see if I can find a winner.
