The food is actually very solid here. The service and management align with that as well. Drink prices are shockingly reasonable. They have tv’s all over the place so you don’t miss any of the game– not matter how many little kids you have to beat down at pop-a-shot(seriously it’s the one random thing I own the world at in this place– my skee-ball skills have turned pathetic.) I have watched plenty of games here and enjoy the experience. I spoke with a manger for awhile on Saturday(Jack?) and he could not have been a better guy. This is a well run establishment and I will be back here soon.

I can’t believe I’m giving Dave and Busters 5 stars, but they earned it. We came to watch a UFC fight, and unlike most bars in Oklahoma city that show fights, this place is clean and SMOKEFREE. There was no cover and we snagged a comfortable table in the bar. We had some issues with wanting to see the undercard fights and have sound, and the waiter and managers went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and make sure we were comfortable. The bartenders were slammed but they were working it really hard. The drinks were pretty gimmicky and cheesy, but lots of varied options and they were tasty(just too sweet). We had appetizers which weren’t bad. The people watching in this place is unbelievable haha. This isn’t a place I normally would normally hang out but I really can’t say enough about the service we received. The manager Jeremy was amazing and I can’t remember our waiters name but he was great also. To end the night, we played a few games, and although a little pricey, they were fun :)

The only reason I’m giving Dave and busters one star is because I can’t choose no stars. Don’t come here and expect a good time. While at first it seems great, you can drink and play games, but this is not the case. I had a hold on my redemption card from their redemption card. I’m not sure since I’ve faithfully paid for our game play, why the Mgr couldn’t call and get the hold off my game play card but he refused and was a total dick about it. ILLNEVERRECOMMEND this company and it’ll be my sole purpose to let ppl know how they are not fully committed to customer service. This hasn’t been the only time I’ve had issues with them. I’ve been in the customer service industry for the last 20 years and Dave and busters is certainly is not about customer service.

Fun but expensive. Food was ok, not great. I would suggest eating somewhere else then going to Dave and Busters.

I will be honest — I have never wanted to go here but while in the city for a week my wife and I decided to take our two young children. It was a great choice! The games are awesome and game cards worked flawlessly. Spent about $ 100 but it lasted a long time. The redemptions for the points were good and the kids loved getting some really cool stuff. We went back the next day — played games and ate. The food was good. The family bathroom was extremely clean which is a plus. Not the cheapest place to take kids but for what you get it seemed to be a great value for us. Will for sure be going back!

The menu is a pretty typical chain restaurant with a lot of mass-produced food. Very little love goes into it. The pasta dishes tend to be overworked and dried out. I suggest some appetizers and drinks, or enjoy the Eat & Play Combo which almost makes it worth it.

The very first time I came here was on a Friday night right after it opened. Parking was a nightmare, and the wait for a table for our moderately-sized group was over 2 hours. We initially figured it wasn’t a huge deal. We would just play some games and have drinks while waiting, right? Well, we ended up getting so hungry and sick of waiting just to use the games that we ended up leaving. Fast forward a couple years later, and I decided to give it another try. Surely the craziness has died down by now, especially with things like Main Event now open? We came in the early evening on a Saturday, and did manage to avoid the crowds. It was only two of us this time, but we were immediately seated. There are decent drink options, especially for cocktails. I had the«skinny» LIT and thought it was delicious. However, it’s not very potent. I didn’t even feel a buzz afterward. A nearby table had a beer tower that looked awesome, and I may have to come back with a bigger group to try it! For dinner, I had the Boss Chicken Club and found it to be much better than expected! The ingredients were all fresh and the crispy little onion strings add a great twist to it. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. For games, we got a package with 100 «chips» for $ 20. We thought that would be more than enough for just two of us, but we blew through them pretty quickly as many of the games charge multiple chips to play. The games all were operating well though, and I like that both the game«chips» and«tickets» are all stored on the card. You don’t have the stress of having to hold a cup full of tokens or handfuls of tickets. It is also nice that you don’t have to spend your tickets on some stupid cheap toy, and instead can keep them on your card and use them toward something like an appetizer on a future visit. As we were leaving, it looked like it was getting quite a bit more crowded, but not nearly as bad as it was when it had first opened. We had a good time, but is it worth the price? It was a little over $ 60 for the dinner, drinks, and games, which might not be in everyone’s budget, but we usually end up spending at least that much when we do dinner + a movie, so I didn’t think it was that outrageous.

Food great, but terrible service. Waitress forgot my beer, forgot my sides, THEN overcharged us by $ 5. Complete BS. If you don’t offer complimentary refills on drinks, tell the customer! Who would pay $ 6 for lemonade when you didn’t even ask for a $ 3 refill? Then charge for ranch when we didn’t need(or ask for) it. THEN charge for subbing an item when I didn’t want another(double veggies over veggies and rice). But not once were we told anything was going to cost extra. I can’t believe we even tipped, as I was so frustrated. We will likely never be back unless someone attempts to make it right. Will be calling corporate since the manager was«unavailable»(even though he or the front-of-house manager had JUST walked by). Whatever.

I have been a huge fan of Dave and Busters for years. I went there tonight after 10pm with my husband. There were young kids everywhere, apparently they no longer make the kids leave after 10pm. Very, very disappointed. It was a great place to go have a couple of drinks and play games with the adults. I was willing in the past to pay for over priced drinks to have a fun place to hang out without kids everywhere. Even if they did weeknight only with no kids, I could live with that. Even the employees are mad because parents are getting drunk and letting their kids go crazy. Dave and Busters you have lost my business.

I’ll grace them with an extra star ever since I’ve learned that you can save the points you earned while playing and use it for appetizers next time you come. I’ve never been skilled enough at the games to win enough tickets for anything good in the gift shop, so I usually just left with 31 different pixie sticks that never get eaten. The Pros: Student discount, clean atmosphere, and they finally went(mostly) ticketless. All the tickets are now stored on your card. The Cons: I have to pay the stupid $ 2 activation fee every time because I have such a disdain for a wallet full of loyalty and membership cards that rarely get used. However, since I use my points when I come back next time for the appetizers, it’s kept me a little more accountable for keeping track of it.

The prices are way too high, and we didn’t enjoy our time here. I’d rather just go to Cactus Jacks. The food was alright, but the serving sizes weren’t too big considering the prices. The games were okay to. Really the biggest problem is the prices. I understand that the machines cost a lot, but the franchise has enough money behind it to make things more affordable.

I am 22 years old and brought my 16 year old brother and his friend to play some games. They tell me that since I am not 25 we can’t go in. I find this ridiculous. We drove 40 miles just to get turned away.

Very modern set up inside with loads of games. The prices aren’t too bad. For $ 30 we spent at least an hour playing games and winning electronic tickets. They have a full bar but also a restaurant area on the side as well. The one thing that’s unfortunate is they lack beer holders on the games when I want to drink but also play the game. We just drank our beers at the bar then went over, but it would have been nice to play and drink simultaneously.

Great time. The food was yummy and there was a nice variety. The waitress helped us sort through getting cards for the midway, and the family had a blast. This was a nice family experience for all of us. For you military out there, they offer a 20% discount that even applied to the game time we purchased at the table.

For every bit of fun we had… I was sick knowing how much it was costing. There is no reason a quick roll of ski ball should be over a dollar. A video game should not be $ 2-$ 3. I felt really bad for my family when they wanted to take the kids here after a difficult week. The prices are way too high for what you get and I LOVE playing games. I could buy the games cheaper than just playing them here. The food was pretty good but the service was bad for us too. I dont know if we went on a bad day or something but I do not recommend it.

I like the atmosphere and the games and game area here. THOSE are the Pros. The cons however are pretty major: For a place of this size and for as many times as I went I ALWAYS had to wait for a table– regardless of whether I was in a party of 2 or 14. Now– for the twice I went in a family size party of 14— There were tables that sized OPEN, that we «weren’t allowed» to go to because it was«not that waitresses turn»(to get a table, for service. meaning the waitress INTHATSECTION would have been«overloaded».) I asked to speak to the manager about the idiocy of this situation– where there was an EMPTYTABLE and all they had to do was have whichever server was due next for a table to WALKTHEFEWEXTRAFEETOUTSIDEOFHISORHERSECTIONTOSERVEUS… but this«solution» was too complex for the inept manager on duty at the time. So, EVERYONE in the party of 14 was annoyed and we were split between 4 different tables and booths(not even«together» since the booths were back to back and some people could not see each other). Also… for whatever reason, even though ALLOTHERCHAINRESTAURANTS serve alcohol, no take out cups for soda were«allowed», even for the underage children in the group. Bottom line: This is NOT a place for«parties»(grad parties & such), even thouh the atmosphere is right. The moronic wait staff can’t handle tables of more than 4 apparently, based on how our large party was split up – TWICE — - THISHAPPENEDTWICE!!! When I went for a casual 2 person date night— the service was«better» but not good. The wait staff has a real attitude problem here. Among th rudest & laziest I’ve EVER encountered, and management CONDONES an ALLOWS this! If this was anything but a D&B— it would be out of business.

My husband and I love going to D&B for a date nights. Being new to Oklahoma we had never been to this location. At a first glance it is definitely smaller than the one in California that we normally would go to. However we still had a great time and have been back three times. There are a large variety of games to choose from. Some of our favorites are basketball, skeeball ring of fire, trivia, air hockey, and doodle jump. They update and add games on a regular basis. There is something for everyone to play. We do not go to D&B for the food. Having tried a few different options we have never been that thrilled with anything. If we want a snack when we go, we order the sweet potato fries and they are delicious. If you want a fun evening out, give D&B a try. You will have a ton of fun on the games!

Don’t eat. Just play. Just play on «½ Price Games Wednesdays.» The play«specials» are the most confusing things ever. If you have a student ID, you can double the credits available, but $ 2.00 is taken off for activation? Unless you don’t double, then $ 2.00 is taken for activation but the price ends up being $ 16.00? which is… not double? Or is double? Actually, WTF to this activation nonsense… We’re essentially paying them to take our money before they take more of our money. What a racket. Again. Don’t eat. Just play. Just play on «½ Price Games Wednesdays.» Using the the tokens collected, my brothers and friends got me a Batman clock where Batman’s legs swing back and forth in hilarious fashion. I wanted the Superman one but it was broken. Batclock will work. Because he’s the clock I deserve, but really not the one I need right now.

This was a great addition to Oklahoma City. It’s great for a grown-up date night that’s more fun than the typical dinner and a movie. The food is a bit overpriced, but usually we will eat at home and come up for some drinks and games. It’s a fun time and not ridiculously expensive if you can find coupons online.

I must admit I was apprehensive. BUT! This place rocks! Appetizer– Calamari #Awesome. Cocktails and service on the spot. Atmosphere turns a bad day to great. Great place to have fun and eat good food at the same time. Oh by the way the wings prepared with Makers bourbon are to die for.
