Melanie, the sales manager, is the absolute best best best!!! Her staff is also wonderful — helpful, attentive, friendly and concerned! I had had cataract surgery on both eyes and had both lenses changed, one after my first surgery, then the other after the second surgery. Then I received a temporary prescription from my doctor that I took to the Midwest City Store for a new set of glasses that I knew would probably have to have new lenses with a final prescription in about a month. I had no problems with paying full price and I opted for the second costliest lenses. THEN, I was told that I couldn’t get them for 3 days as their lens cutting machine was broken. They referred me to this Eyemart Store. Melanie who didn’t know yet that I had been referred to her store told me it would be 3 days rather than same day service because the Midwest City store was sending all their orders to her store because her lens cutting machine was operational. OMG, why would the other store send me to the store that was picking up the slack and knowing full well my wait time would be at least the same if not longer, not knowing what the workload for the S Santa Fe store was! Melanie was very understanding about my frustration and did the right thing. Since all the orders from the other store had a 3 day delivery time on them already, she accommodated me with same day service. Then, after I received my final prescription, I went back to her, got the new lenses within a few hours(awesome), but unfortunately the prescription was not correct, so between her & the Lab manager, we went back to the prior prescription. I have since gone to a different doctor who gave me a new prescription, this time for lined bifocals instead of progressives. Melanie has been a jewel again! She is honoring my request for just generic bifocals with no added improvements so that I can decide if lined bifocals are suitable to my eyesight problems or a need for additional surgeries. I highly recommend this Eyemart Store!!!

OMG I had, like, the greatest experience in customer service with Brandon that I have ever had ever anywhere else. Like, whenever I told him I was ballin’ on a budget, he really took the time to figure out what suits my needs the best. The store was very clean and the employees were extremely professional without feeling like I’m talking to a robot. If I ever have any problems, I will not hesitate to stop by because I know when I do, I will get what I need in a friendly environment and in a timely manner.
