Factory Direct Furniture & Beds

I went shopping tonight for an item at Factory Direct and was impressed with the store and sales personnel. They were friendly and allowed you to look at the merchandise without staying on you about making a purchase.
Ronnie assisted me and was very very helpful, so much so until I ended up purchasing two items.
Ok, so I guess you can tell I’m HAPPY and truly EXCITED because I got a great buy with a GREAT Store!!!

Terrible service! Our salesman, Patrick, decided a phone call was more important than us. He pawned us off on a very rude cashier. After waiting 50 minutes for a simple accent chair, we were told «oh that has to be picked up at Mathis Brothers.» We go to Mathis Brothers bays 1 – 10 as directed by rude cashier and wait another 20 minutes. After we get in a bay they tell us we need to go to bays 21 – 23, so we wait another 30 minutes. Over a 2 hour wait just for a simple chair, TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

The only reason this place even got a star was because of my salesperson Marilyn. She was really friendly but that iS all they is decent at this place. I bought a whole bedroom set two weeks before the delivery date and I was told the delivery time the day before. I had to call and try to ask for a different delivery time and then they notified me that my bed was isn’t even there. And when I asked why I got no reason just excuses about their dumb trucks. WTF… It should have been here before!!! What did they do? A measly waive of delivery fee and a lousy 5% … If I didn’t need this bed at this moment I would have gotten a full refund
They literally made the beginning of my newlywed phase suck. I will now have to sleep in a Matthew with no bed frame for the first week of my married life. Then to add icing on this rotten cake… the rest of my merchandise did not come at my scheduled delivery time but earlier so the drivers could what? Get off on their Saturday early?! so my entire day which was on a tight schedule was ruined.
Don’t go here. Customer service was bad… Should have gone to a different place and paid more. At least I would have gotten what I ordered ON TIME and I would’ve been sleeping on a real bed. Thanks for making my newlywed phase suck factory direct.
I better get my bed at the CORRECT scheduled time like they promised but who knows… At their rate that’ll prob not happen. Which in that case I will come back to this review and update.

Great Place to do business. I bought an Eco Comfort Mattress and Ashley sofa love seat and my Sales lady Cassie was a real pleasure to work with. She practically gave me ideas to redecorate my whole house. So i will be back to see her when I need more furniture.

Recently I bought a new home and was in the market for new
experience with this business other than our salesperson Perry and the manager Roger Mathis who was nice was nothing short of awful if I could give 0 stars I would. I bought over $ 7 thousand dollars worth of furniture. Even though I called ahead for them to start pulling order it took over 2 hrs. To get it pulled. They did not load in my dining room table and the love seat after I got home was broke. The light bar for my entertainment center was broke in half. Before all that my wife and I came in and was greeted by a sales lady that seemed anxious to get rid of us to wait on another Hispanic couple so we let her. We then picked up another salesman who showed us all our stuff. The first sales lady continued several times to give my family nasty looks because we was buying alot of
salesman got the sales manager to see if it would be possible to get a discount on so much and he was very rude and curt (this almost caused us to walk away) but we enjoyed our salesman so we stayed. There are many other things that went haywire during all this that I don’t want to keep going. Previously I have bought all my furniture at Mathis Bros. And have been. very happy but this store even though owned by same company is AWFUL!

Went to buy a bed here and told the salesman we found a better price. He said they had an ‘as is’ area that had what we were looking for. Got it home and it had 2 very low spots in the mattress. Called them and a hostile woman said we bought it as-​is and there was nothing we could do about it. Later she called and said we could trade it for a VERY expensive new model. That was our only option. What a ripoff…
