Very impressed with everything here and how much it has improved with the renovations. Great sized apartments and a very reasonable rent.
Management is great, the outdoor setting is nice, and it seems like the problems of the past with the bad tenants are all gone– owner has really cleaned the place up and Falls Creek is now an excellent place to live.
The proximity to downtown combined with the renovations and cheap rent make this place a no brainer. Great work guys!
