I called for same day delivery of 18 roses and got same HOUR delivery! Very friendly and great customer service. My girlfriend LOVED her arrangement!

This place is an Oklahoma City gem. I was in town for a conference over Valentine’s weekend. We had a coworker being inducted into the hall of fame for the conference and I needed to find flowers In a flash. I found this place on google maps, called and the staff on the phone were very helpful said they could take care of my request, and we’re open all day on a Saturday. When I got to the shop several workers were there and we’re ready to assist. They made the most beautiful red rose and Lily awards bouquet I’ve ever seen and even threw in a vase.

Big fan of this shop. It’s local, in a great location and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They are one of our preferred vendors for our church, as well. We order palms from them every year and the prices are competitive with online vendors and you do not have to worry about receiving a late or bad shipment.
If you want consistently good service, then you need to buy your floral products from Floral and Hardy.

First of all, what’s not to love about this adorable name? Secondly, can I explain how helpful Marissa was today? They didn’t have what I was looking for (pretty flowering plants like African Violets). I didn’t like what they did have available as plants. So she walked me through my other options until we found what I was looking for.
We ended up with cut flowers, but they did a beautiful job, delivered just a few hours later, and my recipient was pleased. Definitely the best place for delivery to Downtown, Health Science Complex, etc.
I highly recommend this sweet little place!

My husband really only sends flowers on my birthday and when he’s in trouble (he steps it up when those two things intersect), but one year he sent me an arrangement from another florist in town and for $ 75 I got 4 Gerber daisies in a vase– needless to say my frugal husband was not pleased. Fortunately for us, he found Floral & Hardy: Close to our work, nice staff, gorgeous flowers and reasonable prices. He actually went in on Valentine’s Day and picked out the flowers he wanted, they helped him arrange them and he hand delivered them to me and they were immaculate. The fact that they stopped on the busiest day of the year to let him do that was great, and solidified them as our go-​to florist. Oh, and that gorgeous arrangement? Half the price of those daisies.
So when I needed a quick bouquet for a coworker in the hospital, I knew right where to go. The woman who answered was attentive and intuitive: She knew from the caller ID that I was calling from the Health Science Center and said ‘are they at OU Medical Center?’ when in fact she was. I had looked at their site to see some of their standard options, and I told her to combine 3 of the ones I had seen, but to keep it at a certain dollar amount. She asked for the person’s name, what we wanted on the card, repeated it back to me and gave me a total. I was off the phone in less than 10 minutes, and the flowers were delivered by early afternoon. I never saw a pic, but the recipient said they were gorgeous and lived for a long time.
Delivery, pick up, call in– whatever the method, this place has it figured out!
