Reviewing late! — I was looking up Fryar’s plumbing before and could never find them to do a review… finally realized I had the name wrong so I had to get a review on here! We were new to Oklahoma last year and were very ill prepared for the winter weather. Our well head(?) broke and we had another company come out to fix it. They fixed it wrong and it broke again two weeks later. It was a holiday so I was having a hard time finding someone to come out but these guys answered and came out that same day! They worked on it in freezing temps and later that night we found out that my sister in Colorado was in the hospital and it was not good(she passed away the next day)… I found this out and we started scrambling to get things together to leave for the hospital in Colorado, we got packed up and were waiting for them to finish fixing the pump and Bill told us not to worry about it. We could go and they would just mail the bill. We left and were gone for three weeks because of making arrangements and such. When we got back the well was fixed! Then, we were waiting for the previous plumber to return our money because they had caused the break that Fryar’s fixed and Bill’s wife was so so so patient with us. She let us wait to pay them until we could get the money back from the other plumber which took months! A few weeks later our plumbing in our plumbing closet exploded(remember, lol, we aren’t from here so we didn’t know we had to heat that closet!) all the other companies were 6 – 8 weeks out — Fryar’s came that night! They stayed working on that closet until 11:30pm, because we had no water and have 3 young kids and they knew we needed that plumbing working. They also told us what we needed to do to keep our plumbing from freezing up in the Oklahoma winters(we have lived in New York and Colorado — you guys have them beat on cold snaps!). We have had them on speed dial since and won’t call anyone else!
