Decent price for good food… will be back… will recommend this place to all my friends and family …

Was disappointed. Golden coral is much better. The restaurant was too crowded. Food quality was fair at best. Will not be returning.

Food was decent. Service was good. The 3 star rating is due to lack of parking, and traffic flow to the buffet. During high occupancy, navigating the food area is a difficult experience.

Great selection of well made dishes of all kinds. Easy to find — just off Northwest Expressway. Terribly loud, though — TERRIBLYLOUD.

Really surprised at the variety and quality of most of the food. The Chinese section was particularly good. Salad bar was fresh. Chocolate fountain was amazing and the desserts and gelato were excellent. I’ll definitely go back.

I am particular when I give a place a 5 star rating. Most good restaurants get a 4. Why then a 5 star rating? The quality and selection are great. The price and value are worth it. I rate ths the top buffet in the OKC area. The food is not all gourmet quality. It is a buffet after all, but most of the food is very good, nothing bad. Of course some food on a buffet can’t be as good as a place that specializes in an item. Yet, for price and value you can’t top this. If you are looking for a top notch buffet, then this is it!

I struggled with giving Fuze 3 stars… What won me over(not on Fuze, but the 3rd star) was their $ 12.99 price for an adult. I do think that’s a fair price considering the outrageous selection of their buffet. It literally has it all, except for Indian. I don’t think I saw any Indian food, bummer! Pros: $ 12.99, All you can eat buffet price for an adult. I’m talking salads, soups, fruit, a bajillion types of food, plus dessert. This buffet also has a full bar with bar seating, which is a nice add. Ton of seating — booths plus tables. The con about this pro is that there isn’t much room for 2 people to walk down the aisles at the same time. Dessert selection is on point. I didn’t actually try any dessert when I went because I was too full from devouring 2 plates of food. Oops. However, there is an abundance of gelato, ice cream, cakes, pies, cobblers, and brownies. Cons: Our table got bussed while we were out on the dessert prowl. We came back and our drinks and silverware was cleared off. :( I don’t see this as a con, but some people might — there are signs everywhere stating you will be charged for wasting food. For those of you that have an issue with your stomach being smaller than your eyes. pay attention. I don’t know how serious they are about this rule, but it’s something worth noting. The buffet line is pretty narrow, and it seems like there are always people waiting for their Mongolian beef order and stand around, in the way of people trying to get other food. Not a great choice in waiting area. I didn’t order from this line because I heard it was slow and took too long. I am a part of the immediate gratification generation. Give me food now! I did see a lady piling food onto two plates, and then she was eating off of the plates with her fingers, as she was loading food with the other hand. This has nothing to do with Fuze, but people can be disgusting. That alone will lead me to lose my appetite and buffets are usually the place for that type of behavior. All in all, I doubt I’ll be back unless I’m super hungover or with someone who loves Fuze.

This isn’t the typical buffet. It’s an around the world style buffet. salad Bar has a variety. Fresh sushi, hibachi, Mexican, Italian, Chinese, American. And the desserts are never ending. Full service bar. Cool fountain out front and live music on certain nights. They advertise as Vegas Style buffet but no one I know has gotten sick here. Ha I’d probably go again even though I don’t care too much for buffets. Overall, pretty tasty.

I noticed not a lot of vegetables but a place to definitely pig out. Was different to see a bar in a buffet place. The Buffet was always out of steak New York strip. Limit two per person. I enjoyed the seasoned fried chicken. It taste like my aunts. I really enjoyed all the different foods. During Sunday dinner traffic in the buffet area was really busy. People and kids everywhere it can be a bit overwhelming. I was so full that I forgot to eat any of the ice creams. The peach cobbler was my only dessert it could have used some cinnamon or nutmeg to have been perfect.

This is absolutely everything that is wrong with America!!! The food is greasy slop and the people are lined up like pigs rooting to get to the troth. The avocado on the sushi was brown. The pies are supposed to be in a refrigerated case but people leave the doors open and they turn into melted slop. The bathrooms are dirtier than a truck stop.

A conversation with Benn V. before choosing to go to Fuze: Jess: Let’s go somewhere to eat. I’m trying to eat healthy. Benn: Yeah me too. Have you heard of a place called Fuze? Jess: The buffet? Yeah, that’s probably not the best idea if you’re trying to be healthy. Benn: Yeah, but we can just eat the meat and vegetables and stay low-carb. Jess: Yeah, you’re right. I’m super hungry. The moral of the story: never lie to yourself about eating healthy at a buffet. Fuze is a pretty standard buffet. If you’re wanting a specific genre of food, chances are they have some version of that. The sushi is decent, but nothing special. Most of it is imitation crab and spicy mayo. It’s buffet sushi so I don’t know what I expected. I think the noteworthy parts of the buffet are the Mongolian Grill and the Desserts. With your choice of three different carbs and dry and wet spices/seasonings, you can make a pretty decent bowl/plate of Asian inspired food. The desserts are pretty neat too. Full ice cream and gelato cases alongside cakes, cheesecakes, flans, and pies allow you to be the fatty that you promised yourself you wouldn’t be. Overall, pretty good, but nothing special. Definitely not worth ending your healthy eating streak.

I’ve heard several people rave and rave about Fuze. The hubby and I live in South OKC and so we decided to take a trip to the North Side and see what this place was all about. After fighting traffic and getting wrong directions from Google Maps, we eventually found the place. When we walked in, we were greeted and taken to our seats. Our waitress was Cindy, who was absolutely delightful and very prompt with drink refills and taking our plates away. There was a big selection of food on the buffet of American, Chinese, Italian and Mexican. There’s a huge dessert bar as well. However, the food was bland, a lot of the meat on the meat station was dry and unseasoned. The sesame chicken and General Tso’s chicken were the best things on the buffet with great flavor. The entire place smelled of fish, which I can’t stand the smell of fish, so that was a bit of a gross out for me. The desserts were pretty good, my favorite was the sea salt caramel gelato. All in all, if you live on the south side, I wouldn’t recommend driving to Fuze because you can get the exact same food with better flavor at Taste of China on I-240 and Western. Oh yeah, the parking lot is absolutely terrible trying to get in and out of, as well.

I had heard about this place from my realtor, he was a horrible realtor, but this was a solid food recommendation! I had of course read plenty of reviews on this place before making the long drive to get there, again, he didn’t hold much credibility with me so I wanted to make sure my fellow Unilocalers agreed with him. When we arrived the place was INSANE! My brother in law immediately flipped out and didn’t want to go because there were people everywhere waiting to get in and the parking lot was packed. I insisted he get out and go in while we parked to get the 411 on the situation. I assumed there’d be a small wait, but it’s a buffet, they turn those tables pretty quick. I took my niece to look at the fountain while my sister checked in on the wait time with my brother in law, she immediately called us out and said we were already seated. Here there was a party of 25 waiting!!! So it definitely pays to be a smaller party there that can fit at a booth. They have a full bar and liquor menu(booze is not included), but it was a nice addition. Remember though, if you’re going to the buffet to go to the buffet, beer will fill you up faster as my brother in law learned as he was near barfing by the time we got home. I can’t even really describe the buffet besides to say it has everything. It is an elevated experience from any normal buffet restaurant(i.e. Golden Corral) or even the casino buffets I would go to in Cleveland. It is an experience you will need for yourself. Tip, when you see plates grab a few, as they run out quickly! There are plate stations throughout the buffet line, but they all were empty more than they were full. Also, the desserts were AMAZING!!! Very high end! Cheesecake and the double dark chocolate gelato were to die for! The price was about 12.99 which is what you would pay at any other sub standard buffet, less than you would pay at a casino and about what you’d pay for an entrée at a normal restaurant. We definitely will be back, I’ve decided to hit up a different section every time so I can experience all the fabulousness. One time the salad bar and dessert, one time steak and potatoes and dessert, one time Mexican and dessert, one time Chinese and dessert and one time all the dessert I can handle!

I mean. It’s a buffet. They have everything under the sun. Chinese, Mexican, a grill with steaks, burgers, seafood and a dessert bar that warrants its own zip code. So if you want variety then this is great. The food tastes pretty mediocre. Slightly less than mediocre. I genuinely distrust the tastebuds of all the people says the best food ever. I ate a plateful of crab rangoons cause you can’t really eff those up. My steak was overcooked and I couldn’t even pull my short ribs apart to take a bite. The French fries are good. The deserts are standard food service fare. *** also, they keep the tongs to grab the food with on plates outside of the sneeze guard, which totally get grosses me out and I don’t get how that doesn’t violate health code. I can’t say that I’ll be back.

So I love buffets and finally got around to checking out Fuze. Short: As compared to buffets in OKC, this is a 5-star buffet hands down. As compared to Vegas buffets, I think a 4 is about right. Layout: 3⁄5 The buffet is is setup as a continuous line on either side of a main align. At first this may seem like an old school cafeteria layout, but many of the big Vegas casinos use a similar configuration(except just one sided). At first this worried me, but they place plates throughout and the lines were long enough that people did not treat it as a cafeteria line and just jumped in when they say something they wanted. The double sided lines did make the area feel very crowded, however. Atmosphere: 4⁄5 I visited on Saturday at 5:25 pm. The restaurant was very busy and there was a short wait. There is a decent amount of waiting area, but you could end up outside. The restaurant was dimly lite, in a nice tasteful way, which is quite different from most buffets and I liked it. It looked like most of the tables where booths, it did look they they were cramming larger parties into smaller booths, so beware if you are with a group. All of the floors were tiles, so with how busy they were, it was quite loud inside, so don’t expect a nice peaceful dinner. At about 6 pm a saxophone player started. He was quite good, but it just made it louder inside. If you were sitting near the front, you probably would’ve had a hard time talking over the music. Food: 4.5÷5 I think the food quality was very good and there was a huge selection. I enjoyed everything I got, including the steak(grilled medium-well). The ribs were on par with the chain steakhouses. They had a Mongolian grill, large salad area, cheese bar, selection of American meats including hamburgers, extensive Chinese selection, small pizza, Italian and Mexican area. I was happy with all of the selection, except I wish the Italian selection was larger, and the food that was there was the worst looking on the buffet. I also did not see any queso or cheese sauce. The hot food were served in small dishes, so they were constantly putting out fresh food. For example, only 4 or 5 steaks on the dish at a time, but it was never empty. I was very happy with the freshness of the food, especially compared to many Chinese buffets. The desert selection was INSANE, beats any Vegas buffet hands down in size. First, many types of fruit deserts, chocolate fountain with better selection than Golden Corral’s. They had all the typical Chinese buffet deserts. Then at least 15 types of cakes and pies. I got the fudge cake, which was good for a buffet. They had 16 types of hand scooped ice cream, and at least that many types of gelato, with many toppings, including crushed peanut butter cups. The only complaint about the ice cream bar was they did not have hot fudge. It would be nice if they had more cookies, or smaller cakes/petit fours. I didn’t see any carved meat or crab legs, so that is one thing Vegas has that they do not. Cost: 5⁄5 It was only $ 13.00/pp, not inclusive of drinks. I thought this was a very good value. Service: 4⁄5 Great service for a buffet, they had plenty of waiters, working small defined areas. Only complaint was the booth wasn’t cleaned well enough. Parking: 2⁄5 The parking lot is not big enough. I had to park all the way in the back corner, which is fine, but at 5:30 pm it shows how undersized the lot is. Overall: As compared to all the buffets in OKC, this hands down a 5⁄5. Even if you add in the Casino buffets in Tulsa, like River Spirit, I would say this buffet topped them, especially for the price. I think this buffet could hold its own in Vegas, it would not be top dog, but it would be in the top quarter and be at least $ 10 cheaper than the better ones. So I’ll give it a 4⁄5 against all buffets, where a golden corral would be 2.5÷5 and typical Chinese buffet a 2⁄5 and the Rio World Buffet would be 5⁄5.

Went here on Christmas evening, they told us 25 min wait. Ended up being 50 mins which was fine it’s Xmas and really crowded. We got seated in booths and sat across my parents, 3 at one table 2 at the other… again it was Xmas I was just thankful to get seated after almost an hour! Now I just don’t see it I guess, Vegas style… Kinda not, Vegas style taste … Ummm no. The food was just meh… bland in other words, the only thing that I actually went back for was the orange chicken, the crab legs were a joke, and the cheese bar .gags .This place is a tad bit bigger version of Taste of China in south Okc, but more expensive. I gave it 3 star minus 1 reasons being, we were brought water one time, which was when we were seated, a waitress was helping the other booth next to us, my mom had stopped her asked her if she could please get us some water because our waitress was also serving the bar and just had no time for us, this lady looked at my mom and said«I’m too busy find someone else» … Ummm really you can’t pick up your water picture for 20 secs? Very uncalled for, with expensive bland food and rude waitress, I’ll pass this place up everyday… IMGOOD

Fuze was my last restaurant I dined at in 2015 and it certainly won’t be my last time there! Fuze has just about everything you could ask for at a buffet — Chinese, Italian, Mexican, salad bar, your meats — steak, burgers, pulled pork, ribs, etc., a Mongolian grill, a large selection of sushi, an even larger dessert selection, and even a cheese bar! I must say I’m especially impressed with the Chinese selection because it’s huge! But the Italian and Mexican were rather lacking. The sushi wasn’t spectacular, but actually having a somewhat large selection was all I needed(considering I’m a fairly picky eater). Did I mention their dessert? They’ve got such a huge selection of cakes, a few cheesecakes, a chocolate fountain, plus ice cream and gelato. And if you’re into fruity, fresh, not-too-sweet gelato, get the mango! I couldn’t get enough of it. Our server was really great, and the people working the Mongolian grill and grilled steak bar were also good. I had to request a differently cooked steak, and it took a bit of time but not too long. The only service complaint I have is the cleanliness of the place. Obviously, it’s a huge buffet and things can wind up on the floor, but I’ve stepped into jello and a lot of other foods that night, and it was gross. But I understand I went on NYE so it was much busier than usual. This place might not be for everyone(I don’t even particularly enjoy eating at buffets) but it’s worth a visit.

I came with the coworkers for a business lunch. This is the holy grail of buffets. this makes Golden Corral look like a salad bar. My GOD my mouth hit the floor when I walked in and saw how much food this place has. They have everything… literally everything! Let me take you on this adventure with me. You first it the salad bar which is huge all by itself. Tons of options… this will make anyone want to eat a salad but I was not about to waste up any space in my stomach for that. I knew I had bigger and better options. Anyways back to the options. Best to the salad bar was a soup bar with 5 or so kinds of soup. Beside the soup bar was a cheese bar. Who the heck has a cheese bar? I mean I like cheese but.anyways. Next to that was sushi. A BOATLOADOFSUSHI. Then there was the fruit bar. And the chocolate fountain and foods to put on a stick for the chocolate fountain. Past that is the dessert bar. Every kids dream. Pies, cakes, cookies, cheese cake, cobbler. Oh lord I was sweating looking at this bar. Then the ice cream and gelato bar. Wow wow wow. On the other side of the line. Yes. I repeat yes. there is another side. You have the hibachi grill. Tons of options. Meats, veggies, seasoning, sauce. Heaven. Simply heaven. Next was the meat grill. No need to explain. And BBQ. Pork, ribs and American food like corn, mashed potatoes, fires, etc. Then Italian. Pasta, pizza, bread and calzones. Then the Chinese food. Typical Chinese food. YUM! The there was Cajun food. Several types of fishes and to finish was Mexican food. Soups, tacos, beans and fajitas. All of it was good too. And there is a bar! When we were wobbling out of the restaurant all miserable from eating so much they even had free shots of fresh squeezed orange juice. Delish! Lunch $ 8.99 Dinner $ 12.99

This place is an upgraded Golden Corral, which is pretty cool since Golden Corral is right on the cusp of «why am I doing this?» and«I hate myself.» I can justify going to Fuze in my head without feeling like I’ve hit rock-bottom. Variety: 4⁄5 — Even with my disciplined«take very little at a time» strategy, my plate was filled up before I got halfway through the Asian section. Dessert section variety is insane. Taste/quality: 3⁄5 — Everything was pretty much as mediocre as expected, but who cares? That’s the quality level I’m expecting at this price-point/variety-level. Bonus points for having small bins so that they have to cycle fresh food in and out every few minutes. Ambience: 3⁄5 — Everything looks pretty cool, but it’s loud and tight-packed. One obnoxious part is all the signs that say«WERESERVETHERIGHTTOCHARGEYOUFORUNEATENFOOD.» I mean I get the logic behind it, but the way it was worded felt pretty rude and impolitic. All in all, this is a mediocre buffet, but if you feel like riding dirty, there are not many better options for the same price point.
