** Do NOT use this company! **. They are scam artists. I tried to cancel my service due to a military move and they refused to cancel my service for 6 weeks after I called them. They first said it had to be in writing, not over the phone. Then they said they would not cancel the service until 30 days after I notified them. Next they said it the cancellation would actually take place at the end of the month following the 30 days notification. Bottom line, they billed me for 6 weeks of service I did not want and did not use. Do NOT sign a contract with this company! I am calling the better business bureau to see if they can help me or at least start holding this company accountable.

Been a customer for several years — off contract. When it was time to cancel because we’re moving they demanded an extra month’s payment. Why are these home service companies like that? Why is it so important to their business model to get that last dig?
