I give zero stars. Worst customer service. Returned the insoles and they kept them and did not refund the money. I have contacted them many times, with no response! I would not recommend them at all.

Before you do any business with this company or purchase a «lifetime warranty» be sure to read the fine print. We bought inserts and warranty from the store in Arlington. It has since closed and we can’t get our warranty honored by the company. I cannot recommend throwing 600 dollars away here!
