My friends and I had a great time dress shopping at Impression. The contrast between this store and other, more well known shops, was immediately apparent. The service was great. The shop was not filled with dozens of women all trying to put on the same dress at once. The dresses here were made from good quality materials, and they weren’t falling apart from being put on hundreds of women. They have an as-is section and a couture section, in addition. The shop is pretty small. The bridesmaids dresses didn’t wow any of the group. My only problem is that they didn’t allow us to try on any bridesmaids dresses because my friend only scheduled it as a bridal session. This didn’t make much sense to me since the shop was entirely empty besides our group. From my brief experience with wedding planning, it seems like most bridal shops are very structured and micromanage your experience. While I understand the culture, I think brides would benefit from having the opportunity for stores to be more flexible.

This is where I said«yes» to the dress! I had pictures of dresses I liked and had already tried some on at David’s Bridal, so I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted in mind. I was a little afraid that I would find a dress I loved and couldn’t afford, but I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the dress I found was the same price as one of the ones that I liked at David’s Bridal, and the quality of the materials was MUCH better. Service is also excellent. My consultant was very helpful, and I didn’t feel rushed or pushed into buying a dress. They also know how to celebrate when you say«yes» — with champagne!

The first woman that greeted me was great and sweet. I was going to try on bridal gowns, and grabbed maybe 4 total. The next woman that came up asked me to leave and that I was not allowed to try on anymore gowns. No one was helping us, all we needed was the dressing rooms. I will not be using them for anything for my wedding. The dress selection was okay, but I will not be going back to them after that experience.

I went to impression bridal following a less than pleasant appointment at David’s. I didn’t have an appointment, but the ladies there were more than willing to help me try on dresses. I didn’t feel pressure to buy a dress, instead they were trying to help me figure out which style I liked and how I wanted to look on my big day. While I didn’t end up purchasing a dress, I would highly recommend them for their customer service.

They really have a different selection of dresses than anyone else in town. I enjoyed my shopping experience there, even though I did not purchase. I have referred a few friends and one did find THE dress. Nice staff, convenient location. No complaints.

I was really nervous trying on dresses! But Brittany made me feel at ease! She took the time for me to try on dresses. And my indecisiveness! She wasn’t pushy she let me have time to think about it! I’m really happy I went to Impressions instead of somewhere else!

They’re better/less pushy or salesy than David’s Bridal, but… Ok, so the dress selection and sale was flawless… HOWEVER 1) I prefer to communicate via email and they don’t honor this… I don’t have time to call everyone back everyday and prefer to save phone calls for important reasons… I work, I’m busy 2) They left me different THREE voicemails(3 different people I believe) in a WEEK… it’s like none of them talked to each other about why they were calling me One of those voicemails was to tell me(3 weeks after I asked) that none of my bridesmaids have gotten their dresses… yes, add salt to the wound… I AMAWARE 3) They USED to be good about emailing me back but 1) anytime I reply to an email they sent me, it comes back as undeliverable and 2) I try to use the form then on the website instead, but they either never reply to that or now the website is «under construction” – hopefully they’ll provide better service that way I hope that they don’t keep calling and leaving me voicemails during the day… enough is enough and I’ll stop by when I can…
