Jersey Mike’s Subs

Went there for lunch ordered the chipotle stark and cheese after waiting 20 minutes of my 30 minute lunch I went to the register and very rudely was told I think I have your sub to someone else. Then no one working knew how to do a refund so I waited another 10 minutes for them to call someone to walk them through giving me a refund. Will never go back

I never thought I would rate a fast food restaurant but these people deserve it! I needed to grab a late dinner and fast, and Jersey Mikes was open so I popped in. It was near closing time on a Friday evening and the employees were cleaning the (very clean) restaurant up for the night. As I entered the store I was greeted with a big hello and a smile — very appreciated when my experience with walking into a business near closing time is the exact opposite of friendly! My order was taken and the employee chit chatted with me as he quickly made my sandwich. He even apologized a bit for me walking in while they were cleaning.
I took my sandwich home to eat and it was absolutely terrific! Fresh, tasted wonderful, the sandwich was made exactly as I had ordered.
But for me the quality of the food is secondary to the way I was treated at almost close on a Friday night — this is what customer service is all about.

Sad update to Jersey Mike’s… They were one of my goto sandwich shops, but a recent experience has me avoiding this location. I was in the store a few days ago and the clerk told me that if it were raining then I could ask for the rainy day special. So a few days later it was raining so I made a special effort to go back. It wasn’t pouring rain, but the streets were wet and I was using my windshield wipers. I went inside and asked for the deal. The clerk (different from before) said «it isn’t raining…» I was so mad. Felt like a bait and switch! And they know me as a frequent customer. I watched it rain as they finished my sandwich… I even complained via the feedback link on the website with no reply. So, I won’t be back.

If you order a «salad» you get a handful of lettuce… because it’s a «sub in a tub» it’s the same amount of lettuce that goes on a sandwich. So if you don’t want meat and cheese and you just want a salad… you get head lettuce and tomatoes for 7.99. No thanks.

Great store with great staff and most of all great sandwiches. Everything is always fresh. The girl who made mine didn’t like the way it looked when she made it so she remade it although it was fine with me.

If you love subs or just want a yummy filling meal Jersey Mike’s is the place to come. Their sandwiches are much tastier than Subway or other sub shops. My favorite sub is the Chipotle Turkey on wheat bread. They bake their bread fresh everyday. The sandwich comes with pepper jack cheese, chipotle mayo and turkey. Then the good choices begin. I like mine Mike’s Way minus raw onion slices. Mike’s Way offers lettuce, tomato, onion slices, oregano, salt, pepper and an oil and vinegar shower. I love to add cherry peppers as well.
There is another reason to love Jersey Mike’s beyond there subs. Jersey Mike’s is very committed to serving the communities where they are located. Each year they host what they call their «Month of Giving.» This year alone on March 26^th they raised almost $ 41,000 at their 15 metro locations for the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma’s Food for Kids Programs. That means 205 chroncially hungry students in Oklahoma will be given food to take home in their time of need for an entire school year.

Tatsy subs. Great alternative to fast food. Quick online ordering. Staff therenis always pleasant. Tride to sign up for their shorempoints program but have never been able to get it to work. Best steak and cheese sub ive had in the area.
