Not bad. quality of food wasn’t my favorite. Probably I ordered the wrong thing. Worth going back to try in the future.

Best chocolate mousse cake ever!!! I always get this for our special occasions. I have never eaten at the bistro so this is for the Cake Only!

La baguette has amazing desserts and cakes. And they are always at great prices as well. They have Italian cream, tiramisu, chocolate divine(which has a little bit of cream cheese) and chocolate mousse(my favorite!!!) they have so many more, and they also serve great food. Their quiches are so tasty.

This is my favorite place in OKC. The staff is so kind and welcoming. The food is insanely good. The atmosphere is incredibly chic while also giving you the comfort of home. I recommend this spot at least once a week!

This was probably the most perfect meal I’ve ever had. My waiter, Joe, was engaging and knowledgeable about the menu. I was there by myself, and was a little bit concerned about the service I would receive. I had absolutely nothing to worry about. They even customized a little treat for me. I absolutely adore this place and will return as soon as I can.

Having been to the location in Norman, I was surprised to see this one is more of an upscale dining experience. The menu is a bit different, but my high expectations on quality were just as satisfied! As part of a bachelorette weekend, the bride and a couple bridesmaids stopped by for a nice brunch before heading to the bridal shower. I couldn’t resist and indulged in one of the cocktails they offered. Absolutely delicious! Between the three of us, we got a combination of salads and quiches. I opted for the Baked Goat Cheese«Pyrenee.» Between the goat cheese and potatoes wrapped in phyllo dough alongside a fresh salad adorned with roasted pecans, I was blown away. The food came out quickly and our waiter was attentive. He even graciously took some photos for us. But what trips is complete to La Baguette without some chocolate mice? We took the desserts to go, but enjoyed every minute in the restaurant. I highly recommend!

We enjoyed our brunch here! The food was great, the drinks kept coming, and we were filled to the brim with lovely French inspired food all day. The market in the front was so tempting! I definitely want to go back and pick up a few things from there in the near future!

I cannot believe I’ve never eaten here before! I’ve had things purchased from here, and eaten at the Norman location. This location is a lot more authentic feeling than the Norman location! The first thing I noticed at Sunday brunch was that everyone knew everyone. It was nice to see how many loyal customers they have, and how well they treat them. We ordered coffee, and they get major bonus points for bringing out a tiny pitcher of cold, real cream. I had one of the specials: quiche with crawfish, cheddar, red pepper, and basil. It came with breakfast potatoes and was excellent. My boyfriend had another special: corned beef hash. It came with 2 of the most beautifully poached eggs I’ve ever seen and was also delicious. I cannot wait to come back for crepes! Also – do not miss out on their bakery and deli. The cakes are expensive but worth every penny.

Totally charmed by this place! My sister and I went here for brunch. The wait staff was friendly, the food was well prepared and the ambiance exceeded my expectations! Not the little hole in the wall that I thought it was.

I’ve known about La Baguette for years now since I pass it every time I go to Urban Teahouse(t). I’ve had vague interest in it, but I decided a few weeks ago that it would be where my sister and I would have breakfast/brunch(whatever). We usually go to IHOP or something and I wanted to change it up(and maybe have a reason to write a new review). Service: TOP. NOTCH. I’m pretty sure we were the only ones there, but still. Our server was amazing. He was incredibly friendly and funny. Just an all around fun guy. We were never left wanting for anything, either. Food: Baguette with jelly/jam/marmalade(something in that wheelhouse)(5⁄5): Daaaang. Not only was the bread good, but that jelly they have is my jam(/sunglasses). I’d come again just to gorge myself on the bread and jam. Private club eggs(4⁄5): Two poached eggs, artichoke hearts, and steamed spinach. That’s a pretty good trifecta for me. The PCE is a part of the«hollandaise series», so the dish came with potatoes and fruit as well, which comes out to $ 10. As far as poached eggs go, these were cooked fairly well. I feel like there’s almost always room for improvement with poached eggs since they’re so particular. As per usual, potatoes are always good. I enjoyed the fruit, but there might have been melon, if I recall correctly, and melon is just never my thing. Also, their poinsettias are on… point. Why bother with mimosas with poinsettias exist?

Really nice authentic place. And really good food. And service too. If you haven’t been here and you are looking for reviews to find a place, you found it. Is intimate and casual. You can have a nice romantic dinner or a nice night with friends. And good music Had a day special halibut, and loved it.

As far as brunch goes, La Baguette has got the game cornered. If you’re a fancy foodie and want something unique, they got it. Just want pancakes and bacon, they got it. Don’t enjoy life and want something healthy, they got it.

Definitely a hidden gem on N. May. I adore this little bistro! Every time a decide to venture in, I wonder why it’s taken so long to return. The food, service, ambiance, are just what I need to unwind after a busy day. Granted, this is my home away from home, but I will frequent La Baguette more often in the future. You will not be disappointed, as I believe the menu offers something for everyone. I absolutely must mention the baked Brie! It is heavenly, melt in your mouth, flavor extravaganza. I just may return for wine and Brie. Would it be incredibly sinful?

Beautiful, incredible atmosphere as well as beautiful, incredible food. They have many delicious French foods like escargot, cooked to perfection. And don’t even get me started on their bakery — the most incredible desserts I have ever eaten. If you have a sweet tooth, definitely try a chocolate bomb or a chocolate mouse. You can’t find them nearly as good anywhere else!

I have dined here three times and I have thoroughly enjoyed the experience on all three occasions. The restaurant is relaxed, inviting and classy. The art displayed on the walls really adds to their French inspired décor. The food here is, of course, is the reason to dine here. The flavors in their dishes are layered and deep. The desserts are amazing. I had my first Crudités here and it is now my gold standard. The sea scallop entrée and the lump crab cakes appetizer had sauces that brought out the flavor of the seafood. The service is attentive. The wine list and cocktail choices are good. I know I will return to enjoy what they have to offer.

This review is for the bakery/deli side. I’ve only been to the bakery once before a couple years ago and grabbed croissant and some Orangina to enjoy by the lake. This was on a Sunday and I didn’t realized how early they closed on Sundays… which meant all there was left in the bakery case was some croissants, not leaving much choice but to get that. Live and learn. I kept intending to return on a different day or at least an earlier time, but never got around to it. With no less than three different friends who all traveled to Paris this month, I decided I needed to stop by to live vicariously. Ok, so while I’ve learned to stop by at an earlier time on Sundays, I’ve also learned that stopping by on a Sunday overall is a mistake. At least for the bakery side. Between the shelves, two small«aisles,» the case, and the several people waiting to get into the bistro for brunch, pick up cake orders, or just get something from the bakery, it just felt way too crowded and made it near impossible to actually look around and perhaps grab a few items. Live and learn, part two. I wound up buying a chocolate croissant, some macarons, a croque monsieur, Orangina, and a petit café au lait. I was given the option of having the croque monsieur uncooked or waiting a few minutes to having a cooked one from the bistro kitchen. I opted to have a cooked one. It wound up costing more since it was a full meal(the sandwich, potatoes, and bread & butter). I assumed it was just going to be a cooked croque monsieur — I didn’t know that my cooked vs. uncooked choice was a matter of full meal vs. sandwich only you bring home to cook yourself. I suppose I should have assumed that based on her mentioning the bistro kitchen. Still, some clarification would be nice. But the employees were incredibly friendly, and seemed to have a wonderful rapport with those who were obviously repeat customers. The café au lait was delicious, and it was nice for the young woman to offer to put in sugar for me. My husband was disappointed with the croissant, saying there was barely any chocolate in it, which is a bummer since you pay more for a filled croissant than you do a plain one. My croque monsieur was fantastic(as were the potatoes that accompanied it). The macarons were perfectly made and rich in flavor. Overall, a wonderful spot, although next time I’ll come on a weekday so I can check out all the little specialty items they have. And I’ll have to carve out some time to visit the bistro as well.

This place has good service but I had a reservation at noon and I didn’t get seated until fifteen minutes later and that was when even after someone said they would be right there. When we got seated it took them five minutes for us to even get water… But after that the service got slightly better but it was crowded and I felt there was only our waiter for all the tables so I felt kinda bad for him but the establishment should have more people to work… But the most important thing is the food. We ordered the hummus and I must be picky because I like mine to be on the creamy side but there was literally chunks of garlic in it which I didn’t appreciate but the taste was a 4⁄5. I ordered the chicken panini and it was pretty good except there was like those rubbery bone like in my chicken… There was two on the half slice I ordered and I was done after that. My husband got the beef from age? Or whatever it’s called. He said the best part was the soup that came with it however mind you he is very picky with his food too. Overall I don’t think I’ll get anything from the bistro again but I’m a fan of the bakery but this experience wasn’t that great and took too long so I wasn’t able to enjoy a slice of cake.

La Baguette is my go-to brunch locale. With their intimate atmosphere it is also a great late night hideaway for cocktails over shared specials. Any of the crêpe specials for brunch are highly recommended. I am extremely picky about poached eggs, they should be runny as to create a sauce for your meal. I am glad to say the chefs have never disappointed. Additionally, I am a seafood snob as my family was in the business for most of my life and I grew up near fresh seafood. La Baguette has always prepared their’s perfectly. My mouth is watering thinking about the white lump crab cakes — big thick chunks of juicy crab meat.

Unfortuantely I never ate here when I used to live in Oklahoma a million years ago, but I remember all of our cakes being purchased here for birthdays and parents’ anniversiaries growing up. I threw the idea out there on Valentine’s Day with my parents(insert 10 cools points for celebrating V Day with my parents this year… they really are the greatest Valentines by the way) and it was a big hit! We got there around 9:00pm, were immediately seated, and since we had already eaten dinner, we opted to just order lattes and dessert. A few things that weren’t so great… we ordered our lattes but our server didn’t wait to ask for our dessert order, so the lattes came out right away and unfortunately everything we wanted to order for dessert was sold out that night. We understood most of the desserts being sold out as it was V Day, but it would have been nice for our server to wait and bring the lattes out with the dessert as the lattes were pretty cold or halfway finished by the time our strawberry cake arrived. As we sat there waiting for our dessert, we did notice the food others had ordered and it all looked and smelled delicious. We will certainly be back to try out the dinner menu in the near future! The ambiance is very nice, dim lighting, perfect place for a date night. I noticed lots of different seating options(high tops, booths, tables) and I liked the variety. There’s a wine list and I noticed champagne in the fridge as well. The servers were all very nice and was nice to be greeted by a gentelman in French as well. I definitely encourage everyone to check this place out if you’re looking for something out of the ordinary but not too stuffy.

Bakery side: 4 stars Restaurant: 2 stars Bakery: So delicious. We were a large party and so we sampled a bunch of different things. Macarons, coconut macaroons, cake, chocolate cigars, eclaires, cake pops… all delicious! Those macarons though — mmmm yum. Took forever to get the attention of the girls behind the counter. Took even longer for them to ring up our orders so we could get out of there. There was a very disgruntled customer making a fuss with the staff over an order so maybe that had them flustered. We wanted to get out of there because it was super cramped with shelves and clutter where all the customers were standing. Restaurant: Brunch was alright. Crepes and croissant entrees were excellent, don’t get me wrong, it’s the service that was not so great. I was warned about this before I came though so at least I had the head’s up. The brunch cocktails were just okay. Dinner: I won’t elaborate too much on the food, it was good. My guests were happy because they really wanted French food. The service, however, was really off! Requested no booth, they immediately sat us in a booth. Talk about a bad first impression. The dining room atmosphere is already a little claustrophobic as it is, the booths are very cramped with six people! Took a long time to get reseated despite 3 tables open nearby us. The server was curt and, to be honest, came off really condescending for no good reason. Last straw: forgot to bring us our drink orders, despite reminders. Bar/Bistro area: Much better service, better atmosphere. In summary: go for the bakery, maybe stay for the brunch— eat in the bar!
