After my toddler locked an inside door to a bedroom I called this guy(Bob) and he came right out. Was cheap — $ 80 — and super courteous. Hope I don’t have to use a locksmith again soon but if I do I’ll call him.

Charged my mother 540 $! Quoted me over the phone for $ 325 for the same job! If you ask for a quote he ignores you and takes advantage of elderly people! Once I confronted him he stopped answering phone calls!

Locked my keys in my van. Called this guy. He said 10 minutes. Called back 30 minutes later when nobody had showed. He said 10 – 15 more minutes. Another 30 minutes went by, and his driver finally called to confirm, and said it would be *at least* another 30 minutes from that point. We cancelled because I was on the other line with another company by that point. He hung up on us. No apology. No explanation. So I’m still locked out more than two hours later and waiting on another company who was at least honest about the 45 minute wait we should expect.

They did a great job. We’re very friendly and gave me a good deal on rekeying my locks.

I called to get an estimate to get a deadbolt repaired. The guy who answered barely spoke English and his estimate went something like«It could be $ 15 or it could be $ 45 – 50 more»… I couldn’t understand what he was saying. Figuring WTH I went ahead and made an appointment for him to come to the house and check it out anyway. I gave him my address on the phone, but he didn’t ask for my name or anything, so before I hung up I asked him«Do you need my phone number or anything?» and he said he had it. I’m assuming caller ID. He never showed up and didn’t call.
