My washing machine was not draining correctly and having been recently gouged by Sear’s appliance repair on another issue, I called Mikes. When I call, was told they would be there first thing Monday morning, and was given basic costs(trip charge and hourly rate) over the phone. Technician arrived on time and fixed the minor problem quickly. The tech showed me how to fix it myself is it occurs again, and apologized for having to charge what he did for such a minor issue. I will be using them again if another issue arises, and would highly recommend them to anyone else.

I have always flipped open the yellow pages and called whoever’s ad popped out when an appliance was giving me trouble; however, lately I’ve been pretty loyal to Mark’s. They’ve fixed my washer, dryer, icemaker, and dishwasher. Always get you taken care of quickly, decent price, nice serviceguys, and no further problems. A couple of weeks ago, I called because my washer went on the fritz and learned that they were closed for vacation… so I had to call someone else. I was sorely disappointed when he had to TAKE my washer back to his shop with him for 3 days, didn’t call after he had a chance to look at it as he said he would and I had to call to find out when I could expect it back, I think I was seriously overcharged for something minor, and meanwhile my family of five’s laundry was piling up everywhere. Won’t do that again… Mark’s has me spoiled and I’ll remain loyal as long as they keep up the good work.
