Lori is wonderful! She really works my trouble spots! Just don’t let them talk you into their membership! It’s a year contract and you can’t get out of it unless you move 25 miles away or have a doctors note! Talk about customer service… They are rude and are always trying to push you into adding on or to but extra stuff!

I’ve been to massage envy before in a different state and did not have a great experience. While traveling, we stayed in Oklahoma City. I needed a massage terribly. I was hesitant to book an appt at massage envy, but since it was Sunday I didn’t have much choice and I’m glad of did. Walking in, the salon was clean and quiet. The young lady at the desk, Elana was very pleasant. She walked me through the whole massage session and described Ashley’s(my massage therapist) strengths and knowledge in great detail. I felt she selected the right therapist for me. She then took me to the tranquility room. As I sat in their comfortable chairs I thought, «wow, this place is better than some of the other resort spas I’ve been to.» My massage therapist Ashley was great. She was extremely knowledgable and completely in time with what my muscles were telling. She really worked out a lot of long time problems in my shoulders and back. I wish I would have booked her for so much longer. I would definitely recommend this location. I just wish they were in my hometown. Now I every time I visit okc I’m going to have to schedule and appt.

My spouse and I had three massages there. First one okay, second one sucked, third blah. The key with this place is to find a therapist that can handle your needs, instead of just following the process of the massage. We have a membership, but will not be renewing.
