I’ve ordered twice from this location and both times I was told I would have my food in 40 minutes and both times it was well over an hour and a half. Took the delivery guy over 30 minutes to get to my house when I live not even 10 minutes away. Chicken wings were under cooked and pizza was ice cold. When I called to get a refund I was offered a store credit not my money back. This location has ruined me from ever ordering from Mazzio’s again.

Salad bar was fresh, food came out quickly(dined in) and the place was clean. The food was basic(turkey swiss and salad bar) but just what was expected from a chain restaurant. The manager checked on us after our meal to make sure we enjoyed everything… the staff seems to be trained very well.

We ordered The Works pizza & fried Raviolis(they say toasted but they are deep fried which was fine with me). When we got our pizza we could tell it had sat in the back for a bit but was still very good. They badly need better service and/or communication between the order counter to kitchen or kitchen to servers. We finally got our Raviolis(to go) and they offered a refund but we were fine with just getting our food. Raviolis were cooked perfectly but are a little bland to some people’s tastes.

Best pizza around for a chain place. I have not eaten at the buffet, but ordering fresh pizza for take out or delivery from here is hard to beat.

This was my first time trying out a Mazzios and I have to say it will be my last. We went during lunch and I was surprised at the relatively good price for the lunch buffet which justifies the 1 star. The salad bar was basically void of salad… we had to ask for more to be put out. There weren’t very many different options of pizza to choose from and they were just mediocre. There were left over dishes on almost all of the tables that weren’t currently being occupied… The place was gross and had an awkward smell, never going back.

A disappointing salad bar and a pizza buffet with dried out, unappetizing pizzas left to cook under heat lamps was my first experience at Mazzios. It is what it is, but what it is probably won’t appeal to anybody but people with kids who are young enough to think that all you can eat pizza is still a pretty neat concept.

I have been wanting to try Mazzios’ gluten free pizza since I first heard about it a couple of months ago, and after waiting for reviews but finding none, we finally decided to give it a try. This is the only location in Oklahoma City that carries the gluten free crust. The restaurant itself is very dark and dingy and smelled a little funny, which killed both of our appetites. The pizza itself was decent. It was considerably cheaper than other gluten free options around town at about $ 10, however, the quality was also quite a bit lower than the more expensive options. It had a very thin, cracker crust, and it seemed a little undercooked in the center. The toppings were pretty standard chain pizza place quality. I have tried the gluten free pizza here, BJ’s, and Hideaway, as well as a number of places in Tulsa and Kansas City. Mazzios is probably my least favorite gluten-free pizza, with Hideaway being my favorite in OKC, despite being nearly double the price.
