As I’m sure you know, tag agencies are the ultimate example of a no-​frills experience. It’s essentially a license to print money: You get a set amount of guaranteed profit per transaction, and you have as captive an audience as you could ask for what with the whole «required by the government» thing.
But since profit is all about volume, tag agencies are also incentivized to keep things moving, and I was quite impressed at how fast they were processing people. We got our piece taken care of very quickly, paid our money, and got out.
So why the four stars? Very simple. The lady who took my wife’s photo for her driver’s license managed to get what I think might be the best license photo I’ve ever seen. It’s absolutely stunning compared to what you’d expect in a typical DMV scenario. I highly encourage you walk up to her, at random, and demand she show you her license. It’s insane. Way to go, camera lady.

Went in Saturday to get some papers notarized. Place was packed, but everything was running smoothly! I was in and out in just a few minutes– Diane was especially helpful and friendly, and they were friendly on the phone as well, which is unusual! Highly recommend!
