I had never heard of this place until a couple of weeks ago when a group of friends and I were going. I guess not too many people have either, because honestly the place was dead. I don’t understand why! They have a great layout with two bars, a comfy couch corner with a little privacy(but not too much!), a spacious pool area, and a dance floor. The great music they play with music videos synced to each TV + the lights for the dance floor = you won’t think it can get much better. But it does. The night is topped off with an awesome bartender that can do bar tricks(Jeff Leath) and make impeccable(y strong) drinks. I was only out $ 25 for 3 great drinks. His Long Island Iced Tea was great, and I loved the Lifesaver. A couple of friends joined us around 9 pm. Apparently they had a $ 5 cover — still not bad. There were a couple of things that I think could have made the experience even better. They didn’t have music videos for all of the music(which is fine, but would be better if they did), but they did constantly have a marquee of «Nevada Max’s» scrolling across the top of each TV and their name and logo on the bottom right corner of each TV. It got pretty annoying after watching a couple of videos. Considering that there weren’t many people that night, they could have turned the music down a touch so their patrons could talk with each other; it was pretty loud in the pool and lounge area making it a little hard to converse. They closed pretty abruptly at 1:45am, but you can’t blame them. The door says they close at 1:45am. In any case, I really hope this bar catches on!
