Our entire family has gone to Dr. Motes for over 10 years. She’s great and so is her staff. Plus, she has a great selection of cute frames!

I’ve been going to Northwest Vision Center about 3 years now and have had excellent service every time.
Highlights:
— the wait time is extremely short
— the instruments are always thoroughly disinfected and clean
— staff is very helpful, they helped me to decide how many boxes of contact lenses I would need
— Dr. Motes is very professional and quick — you can tell she knows what she’s doing and she does it well
— When I got glasses, they have a great selection of glasses
Overall, this is a great place to go if you need contacts or glasses. Super efficient, professional, and clean. Add a friendly helpful staff, and what else do you need? I really highly recommend this place.

Great place, friendly staff, & good prices. I was in and out quickly and felt like I was the center of their world. I enjoyed that it seemed like they knew everyone that walked through their door personally. Shortest wait time I’ve ever had at any doctors office. I was suprised at how great of a selection of glasses that they had and even some cheaper than I had just seen at the mall. I will be back.

They did an awesome job with helping me order my first pair of glasses. Olivia was super patient while I tried on dozens of frames and then was happy to order ten Oakley and Ray-​ban frames that were not in stock. I was surprised how affordable their frame prices were. She also walked me through all of my insurance coverage and helped me get the lenses I needed. I give them a thumbs up on customer service, knowledge, and assortment.

I can’t find a reason to give them less than 5 stars. Communication w/​them was always professional and cordial. They call to remind you of your appointment a couple of days prior to the appointment. They allow you to provide your insurance information prior to the appointment. At the end, they voluntarily provide a copy of their statement to the insurer.
The optometrist was calm and knowledgeable. She told me about the options of glasses, contacts or Lasik. Their was no «up sell» and I didn’t feel pressured in any way. Lastly, I didn’t have to wait for my appointment when I arrived and the followup appointment was free.
